Hi, I am Nelson,this is my son Alex and my wife Deborah. As Grace said, we are from Honolulu, Hawaii. This is my son’s first trip to China. He just graduated from colleague, so we thought we should take him to China to take a look. We were very very pleased with China Highlights. As Grace said, she is our tour advisor. We met her through a friend of ours, Michael, also from Honolulu. He highly recommended Grace at Highlights as he was very very pleased. We had a lot of trouble with our tour, try to set our tour because of business reasons, we had to change many many times and Grace has been the most patient tour advisor ever met. She on again, off again on again and off again. She was very patient with us. We just can not recommend her enough how much we like grace.

Alex. So I’m always a big fun of China. I saw a lot about Chinese history and Chinese culture in colleague. My parents thought we are going to China; I was ready to learn all about Chinese history and culture. That is what the tour guides in China Highlights are really good at. In Xi’an, which was a the very historical city, the tour guide knew that I was very interested in Chinese history, so she was always going out of her way to try to explain things about Chinese history to me, in more depth profession. You know, she knew everything, she knew more even I studied Chinese history. She knew more than I did. She was taking the time to explain Chinese language, Chinese idioms to me. So she really enriched my culture experience. I thought the experience in Xi’an and Beijing had been fantastic. In Guilin, our guide has been incredibly enthusiastic. Her energy is continuous. You are excited because she is excited. Coming to China has been my dream. It has exceeded my expectation so far.

OK. I’m Deborah. We had a great time. The guides were wonderful. They are very helpful and helping us to choose dinners, because we like to experience the different types of foods. They are really good at helping us. For example, tonight, we had a lot of fun in trying the various different culture dishes that we haven’t tried in Honolulu, because they are different types of Chinese food that we can get in Honolulu.

So you are happy with China Highlights? Very happy! I can tell! Maybe next time to different areas, I would love to help you. Definitely! If we do come to China, definitely, we will use China Highlights.

The Panda center was the the most memorable attraction for us. We chose restaurants close to the hotel after walking around. The guide gave us good guidance. We will definitely recommend your company.

I would like to extend my very grateful thanks to Miss Nancy Deng, the tour advisor from China Highlights who assisted me in planning the tours I booked to Guilin, Longsheng and Ling Canal. Nancy has been extremely helpful, prompt in her replies, professional, diligent, friendly and patient. I have changed my itinerary several times and she has been very patient, kind and exceedingly professional. Nancy, thank you very much. I look forward to the tours that I have booked for myself (and my sister and close friend)!

Jenny was efficient, warm and helpful, endlessly patient with us when we wanted to shop and browse. Suki was very sweet and warm, helpful and patient when we needed to rest quite a bit while visiting Yellow Mountain. All our guides were good.

The guides and private cars/drivers made everything so easy - so that we could just enjoy China without having stress over making arrangements.All of the guides were wonderful - especially Lily in Guilin and Wallace in Xian - both went above and beyond their job responsibilities.

It is fun for young people for sure. The room was nice and I enjoyed the quiet morning hours walking with other 'elderly' in the parks and riverside. And it was fun to sit and watch happy people roaming around in the evening. Something that I would not experience in Pyongyang :)

I want to take this opportunity to thank you wholeheartedly from the entire Kan Family for the great tour you and China Highlights helped put together. From the onset in terms of preparing the itinerary for my family all the way to the final tour day, everything has been splendid.

At her first opportunity, she called me a couple of times during our visit just to see how everything was going. She provided a company cell phone at no charge which was especially helpful in the unlikely event of an emergency. Although we had planned to go to Macau we decided a few days prior to extend our visit to Hong Kong instead. Carol immediately made the necessary changes to our itinerary and reworked the price for us. She also advised us of an unexpected increase in our Yangste river cruise because of a change in ships.

eff helped us navigate the difficulties we were having in attempting to ship some luggage back to the US and offered to follow up with tracing and submitting insurance claims if our belongings dont arrive. He also gave us his email address and cell phone number so we can contact him in the future, if necessary.Throughout our stay he introduced us to very helpful Mandarin words and numbers, even quizzing us playfully, to test our memories. During meal times he was always nearby to help us with any needed translations.
