We just returned from a 17 day trip with China Highlights which was absolutely wonderful. We were welcomed from the moment we first arrived at the airport. Our entire time, we were escorted from place to place from hotel to airport. Our guides took care of everything including all entrance fees and private guided tours. They chose excellent authentic Chinese restaurants and helped us order.

We were met promptly the next morning for our tour of the Beijing area. Our guide was well versed on the Forbidden City and the Great Wall. The restaurant selection for our lunch was excellent. The food and service was top notch. China Highlights should continue to use this excellent restaurant.

Both Niko (travel advisor) and Mark (tour guide ) were a great help in guiding us when planning our tour of Guilin and Yang Shuo which made our trip so interesting.

Ruby Zhao was very pleasant, and knowable in helping us plan a trip. We will contact your company and Ruby the next time we return to China and can take the train to Tibet.

Very young travel guides but very very competitive and nice... We would like to commend Mavis for being the best among them all. She is pretty, very nice English, pronounciation and managed us well. Sam is also very accommodating, he assisted us well in all the I.T. and was also very kind and friendly. Kellin though always in a hurry but was also very nice and a very good comedian. Aid is the youngest and seems very sincere in her dealings to us from the food suggestions to shopping bazzars.

Firstly let me give praise to the driver and guide here in Shanghai, they have been really great in dealing with all my visa issues and in helping resolve them. Secondly, I wish to praise the driver of the Xian section for his attention to safety in that he never answered his mobile phone while driving, he passed it to the guide. This show that he place safety at the fore when driving. It is illegal to talk on mobile phones where I live in Australia, except when using hand free devices (currently)

The trip to Beijing was wonderful (except for getting sick). Ginger did a great job and when I got sick, she went way beyond what her responsibilities as a tour guide required. I wish you pass on my thanks and a special commendation for going out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We will not forget her.

Every guide and driver we had were very good but I must single out Habibe in Urumqi and Turpan and Chris in Xian who were outstanding. Their knowledge about the cities we visited and China in general and their English were excellent. This added enormously to our enjoyment, experiences and appreciation of history and today's China. They answered our many questions fully and with enthusiasm while ensuring that all arrangements proceeded without a hitch. Not a single moment was wasted.

Even if it’s a long week we didn’t feel tired instead we feel that our time in Beijing was too short. We could have explored it some more if we had more than a week. We really enjoyed every part of the trip and we can’t wait to go back.

We were extremely pleased with the service you provided in the planning stages and the overall quality of the travel product received. Your promt communications with me was very appeciated in the lead-up to the trip. All hotels, tours, meals etc.. were delivered as planned and were of very good quality.
