Dear Christine, Victor and Paul, Thanks so much for a wonderful trip to China. It was great that we were able to plan and coordinate our trip with you through the internet. Your help in customizing our tour was great, and we certainly could not have done it without your assistance. Your responsiveness made our trip planning a pleasure! When we finally arrived in Guilin, it was great to finally meet you all in person for I felt we had developed a friendship. My parents and I have been talking about how great our trip was and when we will return to China. Now all of my relatives want to go to China as well. I would certainly recommend you to all of our friends and relatives! Thanks again for helping create fantastic memories! Sincerely yours, Karen Chin Ginie Chin John Wong Murray Hill, NJ

Dear Angela and Chinahighlights Team, In our region it is custom to send Christmas and New Year Greetings at this time of year. Well here they are for you. We (Michael, Kirsten and Monika) wish you all the best for the New Year and thank you for the wonderful service you offered us this year during our tour through China in October/November 2001. We enjoyed the trip very much and are always very enthusiatic when showing the slides to our friends, relatives and colleagues. I always tell them the story on how we got to sailing the "East King" - very popular with western tourists and Bill Clinton. Thank you very much. Greet all your guides (Susie in Guilin) from us. Michael Sinkins
Mr. Victor Shu; Mr. Paul Yin; Ms. Nancy Xiong; Ms. Angela Gong Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you. I wish I could spend another month in your great country but age has a way of creeping up on one. I keep plugging for you and tell all my friends to go to China for a great experience. My daughter Carol did spend a month last summer again in your country and a week in Tibet and she was impressed even more. Keep up the good relations. Bob Paffrath
Hello Nancy: I am very sorry that I did not get to meet you. We are back in the USA. We spent too much time shopping, and did not have any time to visit your office. Thanks again for all of your help. I will tell all my friends about your wonderful service. Best regards, Paul White
Nancy: Thanks for your help. I am very pleased with the service that you have provided. You have handled our account in a very professional and competent way, and we understand that the tourist industry is still developing in China. I will look forward to working with you again in the future - there is a lot of China to explore! Jac Kirkpatrick
Good Morning Victor: I have been intending to write you a thank you note for all your help on the Miller/Neahring trip to China last month. You were absolutely incredible with your help in reservations as well as your flexibility and ability to change reservations at a moment's notice when John became ill. Susan and John have spoken of you frequently upon their return and always are very complimentary of your customer service skills and attitude. This trip would have been much more difficult if it had not been for your help. I cannot thank you enough. I hope all is going well with you. John is seeing medical specialists here in the states to determine the cause of his extreme pain. He had a number of tests today and hopes to see his specialists later this week. We will most certainly be in touch with you again as we make arrangements for future trips to China. John was in China partially for pleasure and partially for business -- we are in the process of developing a joint venture in the Yichang area. We will be sending staff to China in the future and will look to you for your help with travel arrangements. Thanks again. Donna Burgess Assistant to the Miller Family

Dear Luke, It was nice having a conversation with you from Los Angeles to Beijing. As I mentioned to you I would like to commend the excellent guides I met when traveling through your amazing country. In each case, I felt like I was being greeted by a family member or dear friend because the warmth, care and enthusiasm could only be equaled by someone special. I would like to begin by thanking Judy in Guilin. We lost her card otherwise I would e-mail her directly. Can you please send me her fax or e-mail number. She made sure our desire to see the magic hills of Guilin was accomplished from the best position on the boat. Her relentless enthusiasm and energy helped us see everything in Guilin. In the city of Shanghai we were especially charmed by Charlie.(we would also like a direct contact number for his office to personally thank him.) The city was beautiful with all the apec banners and he was very knowlegable. We were met in Yichang by a young guide named Ginger who was able, in the dark and only in one hour, to give us a complete tour of her city. Her intelligence was sparkling. On the boat, Merry was our personal guide and provided wonderfully interesting insights. She played ping pong, bingo and personally climbed the pagoda with us. She is a remarkably professional and impressive person. There were two local guides, anyoung man who showed us the fantastic hydroelectric damn and a young woman who guided us with the boatpeople. They were just so adorable and enthusiastic. Steve Liu was a helpful navigator through the hordes of people getting off the boat in Chongqing and safely and timely delivered us to our next flight onto Xi'an. In Xi'an we were charmed with the delightful Ms.Lin who made sure we were the first of the day to view the breathtaking terra cotta soldiers. Time passed to quickly and before we could catch our breath we were climbing the great wall at Mutianyu with Ellen who also rose before dawn to get us there before the hordes of other visitors. She took us as far as one can go and it was a moving and memorable closing to our trip. You have a great country, the young people who work with cits represent the country and people so well that I would like to return to see them. Special thanks and love to all of you. Best regards, Barbara Bauer
Dear Mr. Shu, We have now returned home from the wonderful trip to China that you kindly arranged for us. We were very pleased with all aspects of our trip and thank you once again for your courteous and efficient service. Sincerely yours, James R. Nix
