We are an active family so we especially liked the hike in the canyon at Bifengxie, cycling in Guilin and hiking Longshen--can't decide what was best. The itinerary was great because it was what we asked for.

Diana was probably the over-all best due to her good sense of humor and eagerness to do whatever we wanted. Her English is very good and she was constantly trying to improve it.As a teacher, that delighted me. The driving is always safe, although my friends both were more easily startled with driving in Asia.I lived in India for 6 years, so I find drivers in China to be very safe.

All your arrangements worked perfectly and you addressed our requests and suggestions with breath taking speed and efficiency. The guides you enabled us to meet added great value to our experience of life in China and enriched our knowledge and appreciation of your country's incredible history culture and scenery. We are back home and everything went very well! Beijing was a blast! Without your service I don't know how we would have got around there and done anything worth while. I strongly suggest your service to people visiting Beijing.

Aid is the most outstanding. She may be our youngest guide but she definitely went above and beyond the customer service. She made sure that our hotel room has been prepared to our standards, she accompanied us to our room in our hotel - The Bund and checked the entire room and when our room wasn't clean enough she even called the housekeeping to make sure someone would clean it for us. She is the only one who did that for us. Although we had a very short stay in Shanghai she made sure that we would stick to our itinerary so that we won't miss any. She even managed to bring us to a place where we can do shopping when I requested for it. It's amazing how she squeezed everything in considering we only had 1 day tour in Shanghai!!
