Doris, the agent from China Highlights, that coordinate our stay, was amazing as well. She was so helpful with suggestions of what to see, made allowances for my vegetarian food wishes, was prompt with e-mails, and overall was great! I would very highly recommend using China Highlights. Their service is outstanding!

Our guide took really good care of us and it was obvious he wanted to make sure we were happy with our experience overall. We really enjoyed working with Jason. He was very personable and enthusiastic.
We were especially happy with Gerry, our guide in Beijing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and his English was excellent. We had a lot of fun discussing cultural things with him.
All the guides were excellent with their English, polite and very helpful. All transfers went smoothly & the drivers were very good and polite. They all had excellent driving skills in very busy conditions.
