We had a terrific time. We loved everything; the places, the accommodations, the food, and mostly the people, specially the tour guides--they were all great.We are already looking forward to our next trip to China. CHRISTIAN: We have been travelling to china during the last few years, with our family and friends.Most of our trip was organized by China Highlights. we say where we like to go, what we like to do and China Highlights organized for us. and we are very happy with the attendants, very happy with the organization and happy with guide we met along the road. Now we had a trip to Guilin and shanghai planed by you. but next year we plan to come to xinjiang, to Urumqi, to western province of china, as well as Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukera. we would like you to organized this trip for us too. we don't know how many people will there be. how many children and girlfriend will come. but maybe between 4 and 10 as we have travelling in the past. AMY: they are our travel organizer for China. we have found them to be very very liable. very well organized. and they organized all of our trips the way we like it. bicycle, hiking, boating. we are very happy with China Highlights and we are always use China Highlights when we come to China(for many years), for many many years.

He responded to emails in a very timely manner and he was very pleasant to talk with on the phone. The driver in Jingdezhen was prompt, had a very tidy car and was mostly pleasant to talk with. My Chinese is somewhat limited so at times there was a little confusion but he tried hard to understand where I wanted to go and what I wanted to see.

Emma became ill during her trip in Beijing and Sophie went the extra mile to help her.She was very considerate of Emma's needs and did everything she could to help her have a pleasant experience in China.She also was very diligent in keeping me and her family informed of her condition while she way ill.She is an a exceptional representative of your company.

Our Chengdu Guide is very good and I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but she took us to the tea house with our request and allowed us 4 hours at the reserve. She was very patient. We had an excellent stop at the tea plantation on the way to Leshan Buddha. Our guide helped us with purchases checking to see if we understood what we were purchasing and if it was reasonable. And the drivers provided a safe, comfortable experienceWere all the hotels and meals up to standard.

The added attractions( the Peking duck restaurant in Beijing, the dumpling and dinner show in Xi'an and cvisiting the 2008 Olympic site in Beijing) were definitely catorgized as a 'WOW'! MY recommendation for those traveling on a tour in the future, would be to visit the city Museum on the first day to understand better the history and the culture of the area.

The tour guides were all professional and extremely helpful in every aspect.Some were more experienced than others, but all had good English skills, great knowledge of local attractions, and a genuine desire to make you feel welcome and comfortable.The

We were really impressed with the quality of service provided. The entire tour was organized really well, the guides were great and on time. We learned about the history of China, the life and culture of the people of China, we experienced the varied and delicious cuisine. Providing cell phones to your clients was a wonderful idea and it made us feel all the more safe and comfortable in a new country, especially since we did not speak the local language.
