Hi Sunny,

It is already a couple of days I am back at home and do not want any more time pass before I thank you for the fabulous organization of our trip to China!!!! We felt you have done the best of the jobs by planning our trip the way you did with all the details and having us not getting worried about anything. Thank you very much for everything on behalf of my mother and myself. We will always remember every moment of it!!!

Hotels and Meals: The 3 of them were perfectly ok, maybe the one in Beijing was not as good as the others but in general all of them confortable and clean.

Drivers: The 3 of them wonderful persons but coul not really talk much because of the language, however the one in Guilin was very charming and specially nice.

Tour Guides: The 3 of them incredible people, each of them!!! They made us love China their own way explaining everything in detail. Claire was our favourite because she is sweet, nice and as the others very professional!!! It was a bit sad we could not meet in Guilin, however hope to meet you some day!!! Please let the big boss know how we feel about you and about all the people we met during our stay in China from Chinahighlights. Tell him that he has got a great company and wish him the best to grow it succesfull. Thank you again for everything and for making our drams come true!!!

On behalf of myself and family we would like to send along this email to say thank you for making our tour to Xian a truly memorable one.

Tour Guide: Cathy really made our experience in Xian a wonderful one. She deserves great gratitude and praise for her knowledge and patience through our tour. The information that she provided to us as a group of 8 guests from age 5 to 49 was second to non. When my 5 year old daughter could tell me after our tour about how they found the historical site of the Terra Cotta Warriors I have to say that Cathy is to thank for that knowledge. She has obviously takes great pride in her job and we became close to her and hope to keep in touch as time goes on. I have many expat friends in Suzhou that will be highly recommended to use China Highlights and especially request Cathy as a tour guide when on tour in Xian. We are off to Beijing this weekend and hope for the same expiernce as shared with Cathy in Xian.

We had a wonderful time in China - an incredible journey and an incredible country.

Best Tour Guides: Our best tour guide was Amy in Beijing. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and even taught us some rudimentary chinese! She was so much fun to be with.

Driver: Our driver was also the best. He even bought us fireworks to celebrate Chinese New Year! All of our other guides were also excellent and we liked them very much. They were responsive and interactive.

Hotels and Meals: All of the hotels we stayed in were wonderful. The soft sleeping car train ride was an adventure and we liked it but I suspect most westerners would think it somewhat austere. We preferred eating in more local restaurants rather than those that cater to westerners and all of the guides made the changes easily. I would recommend your agency to our friends. RC

I just wanted to write to say thank you so much for organising our trip to Beijing, Guilin and Yangshuo.

Comments:  We all had an absolutely fantastic time and enjoyed each day so very much. Most importantly our friends went back to the Uk with a very favourable and lasting memory of China and really loved the culture, people and places they saw here and wanted to stay longer!!

Tour Guides: They really got on well with Sam and the driver in Beijing and Foster and the driver in Guilin were so helpful and thoughtful too so we were really thrilled. Thank you for helping us organise all this and I'm sure our friends will be talking about it and thinking about it for many months to come so we are really happy. Thanks for the lovely picture and Jay and I will treasure it as it will bring back alot of fine memories of Guilin and you. Probably Lily had told you that I had a bad toothache during the last 2 days in Guilin. I started to take antibiotic and pain pill before heading back to HK. To make a long story short,I saw my dentist the day when I arrived in New York,and had a root canal done. I feel OK now.

Comments: Yes,we learnt that it was unusually cold and damp in Guilin but we still enjoyed the sightseeings there. Sorry that we did not have the chance to see the terraced rice fields.

Tour Guides and Driver: Lily was very knowledgeable and helpful and Mr. Mao was very kind and a good driver. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and friendliness.I hope Lily could get back home to spend the New Year with her family inspite of the snow.Please give our best regards to them. We have been very busy after we came back and we still have no chance to develope the photos taken. As soon as I have them,I will forward some to you. Have a prosperous year. Ranzino and Jay

Thanks for helping us. Everything that I visited was fantastic and gave me experiences that I will never forget. I have wanted to visit Tibet for many years and i was not disappointed by what I saw when I got there.

Tour guides: All of the tour guides and the staff at the local company in Lhasa were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and extremely informative. They handled everything with good grace and a smile and often went beyond the call of duty to help me out and assist me. I can't speak highly enough of them.

Hotels and meals: Although the Hua Xia in Lhasa was probably the best of the hotels i stayed in, they were all perfectly comfortable.

I will absolutely recommend your company to my friends. Any problems (e.g. permit trouble) were dealt with as quickly as possible and the service overall was excellent, especially the local partner organisation. Thank you!!

Thanks for organizing the trip for us. The most memorable attractions are the great wall, and temples. Jerry is the most excellent tour guide in our trip. We enjoyed the hotel and hanghou the most, but all were very nice. I would most definatley recommend your company.

It was all wonderful adventure. I wish we had more time to spend there and hope to come back some day and visit other areas.

I am back in Calgary and Virginia is on her way to New Zealand for a few weeks Thank you very much for organizing such a wonderful trip for us. All the arrangements worked perfectly. We enjoyed every moment of our time in China and want to thank you again for arranging it. The guides you selected were all wonderful and each added to our experience through their personality and local knowledge. It is fun to get to know them as best we can in a such a short time period. Overall it was a fantastic trip and we very much enjoyed visiting your country, and we are already talking about our next trip to China.
