Thank you again for being such a great guide for us in the Guilin area. It was one of our favourite parts of our trip: the scenery was spectacular and we really enjoyed your company.When we were there we said we'd send you a few photos that we took when we were with you. Today marks two weeks since we returned from our fantastic vacation in the Far East. Everything you arranged was perfect!You already know that we were delighted with Alice and Mr. Fong. Just want to say how wonderful it was to have Simon as our travel agent representing China Highlights. He is a great ambassador for this company, we booked our tour a few months in advance and he was always reliable and helpful with all our inquiries. We were held up in Hong Kong for 6 hrs on our way over to China, I contacted him and he advised our Shanghai driver about our delay. He is very professional but very easy to communicate with, China Highlights are very lucky to have Simon working for them. I will recommend this company to my friends and family because of him.

first of all i must thank you for the wonderful time we share in China according to your program. it was very organized with excellent guides and drivers. Very interestings places . With pleasure I am writing to thank you and your team for a very memorable trip to China. We loved every moment of it! This trip enriched our knowledge in History,culture, art, customs, food and of course the people of China. The hotels, the cruise, the arrangements of guides (most of them great especially Christina in Xian a wonderful guide! Jason in Chengdu! and the young women who guided us on the river tour on the Yangtze). The tours were all 1st class and wonderful. All this Could not have happened with out Doris Huang. she is such a great assets to your company. from the beginning, she worked with me on our plans and made all changes and gave great suggestion. she followed up until we got back home. When we had a problem with the cruise ship she fixed it - when our children called when they heard the sad news of the boat that turned over on the river, she called us and called to reassure our children, for which we are so grateful.
