We had an amazing time in China.Thank you so much for all your help ( on your day off! ) when we got delayed by the monsoon. Missing the Terracotta Warriors would have been very disappointing, some people on our flight in bigger groups had to fly straight out again.Your guides and drivers are all very helpful and knowledgeable.

I planned this trip for over a year with the help of Nancy Deng from China Highlights. She was informative and efficient. I had many questions which she promptly answered. Nancy reserved great hotels for us and provided an itinerary which included all of our "must-sees". When we arrived in Shanghai after customs, we were met by Sara. She spoke English very well. She took us to our hotel and gave us recommendations on places to go that evening. The next day she took us to the places on our itinerary and gave us much information. In Beijing we were met by William who, like Sara, was also an excellent guide. He gave us great information and was very kind. Both William and Sara are great ambassadors for China and their city. They are excellent tour guides and we highly recommend them.

We want you to know that it was one of the best trips of our life and Lily did a fantastic job for us. We originally booked a private tour with China Highlights to Tibet, Everst Base Camp (EBC) and Nepal. Because of the devastating earthquake that hit Nepal, Lily sprank into action and re-worked our itinerary. She gave us numerous alternatives and we eventually decided to go to Tibet and then to Guilin. She saved us from having to cancel the trip and came up with a revised itineray that ended up being as good or better than our originbal plan. It was an absolute worry free vacation thanks to Lily and she took care of every detail. China Highlights gave us a great vacation thanks to the outstanding customer service of Lily and your team. China Highlights is very blessed to have Lily on its staff and we know that she will continue to make many other clients happy by booking them fabulouis vactions. We couldn't have been more happy with ours!!!

We are back home after a great week of enjoyable activities and unforgettable experiences in Zhangjiajie. Many thanks for your help in rearranging our hotel change from 3-star to 4-star at Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Thank you too for arranging for us one good, experienced English-speaking guide in Summer Xiahuimin.We had a great time with Summer who is very knowledgeable, friendly, and above all, very caring. She is truly an ideal tour guide for us.If, in the near future, we plan to visit China again, we will definitely contact you for another tour ( through China Highlights ).

We had a wonderful day with mr Tao the hike was perfect and so glad we did the route that he choose. Yesterday was also fantastic. You did a great job with your guides and their positive energy was amazing. They showed us their City from a locals perspective and were professional and charming and knowledgable. The highlight really was today as the hike exceeded my expectations. I fell in love with The Great Wall.

The trip was excellent. It was more physically demanding that I'd anticipated, but part of that was due to the less than ideal weather conditions, which nobody can control. I thought all of the guides were good, and I would say Suki in Huangshan and Jason in Yangshuo/Longsheng were particularly outstanding. Even though Suki did not stay with me and mainly provided transportation, she checked in with me every night to make sure things were okay. Jason re-arranged the itinerary in response to weather conditions and I also enjoyed his company.

It was an outstanding experience and our guide was really terrific.All the arrangements were fine, too.I would certainly use China Highlights again

Matt really got us off to a great start by referring us to you! Sean was our tour guide in Beijing and he was truly a blessing. We learned so much. It was like a history lesson every day. He also was tuned in to exactly what we wanted to see. The sights were scheduled to allow us to move at our own pace and still see so many things. Sean has a great sense of humor and even gave me a few lessons in Chinese. Truly, our trip to Beijing was enhanced greatly by his service. Our driver, Mr. Yang, was also polite and quite a skilled driver. I hope to return to Beijing (as well as other China cities) one day. My first step will be to contact your agency for a guide! Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!
