Thank you for arranging everything for us perfectly in Beijing and Shanghai. We covered everything in the itinerary. The restaurants were very good and the food was delicious. The hotels were comfortable and clean.Our guides William and Alison were also very good and friendly.

Whitney: Just wanted to let you know we are nearly in Yichang and enjoyed our cruise on the Century Legend. Oliver did a great job in Chongqing and helped with arrangements on the boat for the restaurant.

We are settled now and I would like to thank you for all the arrangements you made and the wonderful time we had and for making the trip very pleasant. Other than minor issues with some of the hotels, our entire trip was very pleasant and we enjoyed all the places and sites we saw. Our guides were very helpful and we learned to order the food that we liked. It helped that the most of the places we visited had spicy food that we liked. It was good to see parts of China that are so scenic and away from busy cities.

I just wanted to share our experience working with Nancy Deng. She is an excellent travel agent. She helped us with our last minute China land package and she did an excellent job! She is very customer oriented and listens carefully and takes action exactly the way the customer requests. Not many travel agents can do this. Usually, the travel agent books the standard and the customer ends up having to deviate from what they want. Nancy is the opposite. She designed the trip EXACTLY the way we wanted. She also gave suggestions to us as options and good recommendations. She is efficient and VERY timely! I am so impressed!Your company is also very impressive. I was hesitant to book a tour on the internet without having received any personal reference about your company. You proved to be everything your company promises.Separately, Nancy also helped me out in arranging transportation to the airport for my son at such short notice. As small as the task was, your company didn't care that it was such a small task.

Thank you all from Chinahighlights for your well wishes to my birthday and we had a wonderful trip to China - all good. Thanks to our tour guides and the bus drivers. They are excellent in services- friendly and knowledgeable. Please give our thanks to them.After our trip to Beijing and Xian, I went to Taipei for a few days before returning home in the US two weeks ago. Still tired but fun. Please have a great summer.

We have been on the tour with your agency from Jul 15th - Jul 29th 2015. Complete tour was organised by Christy Luo. She was very helpful and the tour was very good organised. Christy gave us different tour alternatives and we have chosen the one that suit us the most. She always answered to our question promptly.Thank you for great time in China.

Doris is doing a great job and is very patient with the hundreds of questions we keep sending her. We almost have our itinerary finalized. I have a couple more items and then think we will be ready to pay the deposit and begin the booking process. She has really been a pleasure to work with.
