Thanks for helping us throughout our stay in Beijing. We had an amazing time mostly because of you. You are an excellent guide, great story teller, very patient, observant, kind, and very professional. Thank you from Prabha and myself for taking care of our dietary needs. You impressed us by going way above our expectations by bringing the cake, plates, forks, champagne, and other drinks all the way to the top of the Great Wall of China. We did not expect that. I thought we will have a nice celebration close to the van after we get down. But, what you did was awesome. We will forever think of you and your actions whenever we think of Beijing or The Great Wall of China. You truly created an Amazing Moment in our lives. Thank you so much for the wonderful China tour! We had a fabulous time and will recommend your company to our friends who wish to visit China. All of the tours and tour guides were great. It was so nice to be greeted at each airport and train station and not have to worry about transfers, train tickets and airline tickets. Plus the guides gave us a lot of information about each place and helped us book additional activities if we wanted.
I would like to let you know that Nancy Deng planned a wonderful holiday for my husband and i in China. She was very patient at the early planning stage when I kept changing my mind about the cities i wanted to see. The itinerary she put together meant that we saw lots of great sites but also had some time to relax.Thanks Nancy for ensuring our holiday was great.
I want to thank you for the excellent services from China Hightlights. Everything is always on time and your personal attentions are greatly appreciated. The entire tour was very good. One thing that I like to mention is the local tour guides need to speak better English. We did not take the two excursions from the cruise because of the steep climbs(400 steps!).
We had a wonderful trip organized through Christie at ChinaHighlights. We went to cities (Beijing, Shanghai); historical towns (Pingyao and Xi'an); Yunan province (mountains and caves); Guilin (Li River cruise, tea plantation); Hangzhou (Lake); Suzhou (gardens). So saw lots of different and interesting things. Guides and drivers in all places were great and Christie had organized many interesting things for us to do and see every day. Overall a fantastic trip!

I only want you to know that all the arrangements Nancy Deng did with my recent trip to China was wonderfull. Everything came as schedule. The guides were excellent. Hotels wonderfull and transportation as well. We received more than expected. Thank you very much to all your staff.
Wanted to send you a short note to report that Eileen has done an excellent job as our guide here in Shanghai. We've made several changes to our itinerary and she handled all of our requests and offered several great suggestions.The biggest change was that we chose to pass on visiting Suzhou and Tongli. After 2 hours each way to Mutianyu and the Terra Cotta warriors in Xian, we decided to spend all our time here touring Shanghai. We also skipped the Pearl Tower, facing 1.5 hour lines. Eileen worked with us to substitute other sites here in Shanghai and helped us see some museums my daughter wanted to visit. The last change was our departure, as we've asked to ride the Maglev train to PVG, again Eileen offered to assist.We have enjoyed every part of our trip. I wanted you to know that we requested many changes here in Shanghai, and Eileen has been very helpful.
