We had a magnificent time, and can only speak very highly of you and China Highlights. All the tour guides were terrific, always on time when meeting us and going to sights, lunch etc. Your kind attention when we first made contact with you is very much appreciated because I have never done any booking of overseas tours before over the internet. You answered most of our inquiries immediately and we thank you for organizing such an interesting itinerary. I visited China 4 times in the 1990's and marvel at the difference now to then, its a miracle.

Just to let you know we are very pleased that we booked all our tour guides through China Highlights. All very well organised with no hiccups.in Guilin and Louise in Beijing were the standouts. Please pass on a message to Foster that unfortunately we did not get to drink our Chinese rice wine that we purchased as the airport security confiscated it. Never mind. We enjoyed everything that we did, only negative was that we both developed bad stomach issues along the way – apparently most western people do though. We will certainly recommend your company to anyone that we know is thinking of visiting China.

We had a lovely 14-day journey across China. It seems that we did the "President's Tour", as we journeyed through some of the most popular/beautiful areas of China.Thanks to you and the wonderful tour guides (especially Lily Huang, Mark and Winnie), we had a trip of a lifetime!You helped us plan the trip perfectly! It was very personal, flexible,and you allotted appropriate time for each event. There was enough time for us to rest each night and get rejuvenated for the next day. The hotels were more than comfortable with all the western comforts we can expect.We will be recommending China Highlights to all our friends and family!

We would like to thank you for the amazing holiday you organised and helped us through in China. You guides were absolutely brilliant without exception and we would recommend you and them to our friends in the future. Thank you so much for the meal with Jason in Guilin although it is a pity that you were unable to join us. We had a lovely evening with Jason who is a very impressive young man and we wish him every good wish in the future. We were met by Frost at Beijing and she is such a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient person that we were very sorry to have to leave her. We have seen and learnt so much about China because of your guides. China is a wonderful country and your guides were great ambassadors of the Chinese people. You must be very proud of them. I did want to explain the feedback form for Coffee which in no way was detrimental to him as he did everything possible to help us and guide us in Yichang when our flight to Shanghai was cancelled but we did feel that he could have benefited from being more aware from your office of what he was able to do with us as a last minute substitute guide because of the cancellation. This is just our feedback comments which may help you in the future but I would like to say that he is an exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable young man and we very much enjoyed our time with him. We missed out on part of our itinerary in Shanghai and needed a substitute which he did endeavoured to fulfil and we had no idea about what to do in Yichang to ask him to show us. We had to catch up in Shanghai with Esther who tried her absolute best to make sure we saw as much as possible. We enjoyed a great cruise with her during the evening as well. Please send our thanks again to everyone. We felt that we got to know them so well and at each change of place felt sorry to leave them.

First of all, thank you very much for treating our entire group for dinner a couple of nights ago at Guilin. It was very nice of you to take the time to do it, and also bring Kevin and your niece along. It showed us how much family means to you, and it is a great value to have! We were all touched by the nice gift you brought us too. Prabha and I will think of you everytime we see it hanging in our living/family room.We are waiting to board our plane at Guilin now. Lili dropped us off at the airport and made sure all of us were safe. She is amazing. You have done a great job in selecting guides for us. All of them have been great, but Lili has been fantastic. It was difficult to say bye to her. Her sense of humour was like ours! Anyway, I just wanted to drop a note and say thanks for arranging a great trip for us so far.

Lily we were very pleased with the service you gave us. It was great to see Diane at the entrance waiting for us at Tianjin Cruise Terminal. She was very helpful in seeing us into the terminal and guiding us to our check-in point. We would use your service again.
