We are back home after our recent holiday to your country. We wish to thank your for your work in organising a very enjoyable trip and to say that the guides and drivers delivered all that was promised. Being with young children, it did get a little tiring at times but dealing with Beijing traffic was made easier with a comfortable Mercedes minibus. Our driver was polite and punctual. Our guide MOMO was knowledgeable. We did face some challenges with communication and interpretation with the guide but it was sorted out to our satisfaction. We felt well taken care of. Overall, it was a very rich and enlightening experience visiting Beijing and the Great Wall.

For the rest of our lives, the memories of our first trip to China will be filled with our newly formed friendship with you. You are our China. You did an exceptional job as a guide to your beautiful country with impeccable English. You exceeded our expectations and China Highlights is very fortunate to have such an energetic, competent, and ingratiating employee as you.

Your service is superb. We were welcomed at the Beijing airport, and escorted to our Hotel. Day by day (3 day) our guides came on time and lead us through perfectly organized tour. What we were promised, everything was realized. They really take good care about my family. I will recommend you to my friends that will travel soon to China.

We had excellent experience with Nancy Deng helping us arranging this trip. It is my third trip through China Highlights. This trip was arranged last minute when we were on our way to the Yangtze cruise, also through Nancy. We were impressed by the quick response, professionalism of all those from China Highlights. The tour guides were very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Both the guides and drivers were very accommodating to our requests. The hotels were clean and comfortable. Recently we travelled to China and arranged a 2 day trip to Guilin with ChinaHighLights. Christy Luo was our travel advisor and she certainly desserves an HIGH 5 from us. Quick response to our initial enquiry, adapted to our personal needs making adjustments to the initial program and still managed to provide fundamental information about passports and trains in China without which we wouldn′t have made it to Guilin in the first place!
