We GREATLY appreciated your help resolving the issue of our mis-booked tickets.You did all she could at that early hour in the morning to get us new tickets without us having to pay again.In the end we had to pay for the tickets, but we have been promised the full amount would be refunded.You was VERY helpful getting everything fixed.Also our guide in Shanghai- Sydney was extremely valuable in the crisis!!!Without his help I'm not sure what we would have done because the China Eastern Airline was not helpful.He was wonderful!!

The scenery in Zhangjiajie is really fantastic.I wish we have planned and spent a day or two in Chongqing.Chongqing looks good and we will plan to visit one deay in future.
It was a tour that Exceeded expectation. All 3 tour guides were very good, driving was safe, hotels were very good,the Guilin Bravo Hotel was the best and we had a lovely view. The Cruise Li River was the most memorable attraction we visited. The phone service was excellent. It kept us in contact with family and Guides.

I thought all the tours and activities which China Highlights arranged were great.My daughter and I had a wonderful time.All the tour guides:Esther, Sydney, and Lee were fantastic and made the tours really interesting. The flexibility with the itinerary and scheduling were also great. And the base itinerary and the new sites we added to the itinerary on the fly (silk and pearl factories) became the best itinerary for us. Our tour guide Lily, she was very helpful across the board - be it with the itinerary, with holding our bags/shopping, accommodating our requests, being flexible with the itinerary, making us feel welcome and so on. She was really great overall. Our driver was also very pleasant, and was always on time. The hotels were up to standard. Green Lotus was especially nice.
