Gerry in Beijing.He went above and beyond with everything.He made sure the rooms were okay and that everything was working.He found out what my favorite drink was and bought a some for the tours.I know most guides and drivers don't like to eat with the tourists, and I understand why they do not.But Gerry and the driver ate with us, and it was much appreciated.The food he ordered was always very good.At the end of the trip he gave us little bracelets as souvenirs.By far the best tour guide with his english skills also, and extremely friendly.Can't say enough nice things about him, as well as our drivers, they were all satisfactory.

China Highlights is trustworthiness. The tour is value for money. We found that Beijing, Xian, Guilin and Shanghai are relative clean compared to many cities we know of.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful trip in Beijing/Tibert/Nepal. I want to thank you and Susan for making our stay in Beijing great she was a wonderful guide and full of information, the most delightful thing was the Forbidden Palace which I had seen in travel shows but to see it for real was unbelievable. the Peking duck dinner was to die for and having Susan with us was a delight, the driver also was very good. When we decide to do Yangze River and Guilan we will definately book through you so please keep us informed.

Our guide in Beijing Gloria gave us the WOW factor she went beyond what we expected to make the trip memorable. Gloria was fantastic,she went beyond to make our tour memorable. Gloria even climbed up to the top part of the wall with us ,it was a hard climb but she did it.Her flexibility to cater our needs was excellent.She even organize flowers,cake and restaurant so we could celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary.She was very good to us and the kids. The driver drove safely and very friendly.The van was comfortable and provided us water.

I wanted to provide some feedback on the trip overall. I was happy with all the communication you sent me on behalf of China Highlights and how prompt you were answering my questions. The personalized service was nice compared to some generic responses I received to inquiries. One of my concerns of booking online was finding a reputable agency and I was correct in choosing you.

They are all effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English, with good knowledge of the historical and cultural background of the places we visited. They have good work attitude and are also patient attending to our enquiries. Timings were punctual. The guides introduced us to some interesting local cuisine during lunches at the restaurants. The drivers were helpful and careful with their driving.

Your Itinerary for our several days was perfect for us.Each of the sights were meaningful that we were taken too.It also pretty well matched what I had researched as sights to visit In Shanghai.We did take a couple walks near our hotel and enjoyed the ‘food market’ street that was a couple blocks away.

Gloria was a very good tour guide and was available day and night for us. She was especially helpful writing addresses for our taxi drivers as we ventured out at night.
