We loved the flexibility. All the flights were great. We very much appreciated the restaurant recommendations from the guides and in particular the vegetarian restaurant in Yangshuo is probably one of the most memorable meals, we've ever had -- and we live in New York City. Having guides and drivers you can rely on getting you everywhere on time and helping you with the smallest details (like finding the perfect bamboo hat) makes you completely relaxed and you can enjoy the beautiful sites even more.I have some comments about my next time to China. Stay in Yangshuo, instead of Guilin and rent the bikes on the wall in Xi-An.

We were very satisfied with our itinerary and your patience in putting it together. With regards to the activities, Climbing the Great wall, bicycle riding on the Xi'an wall, the visits to the farm woman and the fisherman, climbing the Lonji Terraced Fields, the calligraphy/painting class, the ride on the Li River are the highlights.Of course, the usual sites were extraordinary also.

We felt that Foster, our tour guide in Guilin and Yangshuo was excellent. We spent the most time with him.  He is a warm person, knowledgable, caring, has good English, a good sense of humor, and is full of great stories.

We were not disappointed with any of the hotels, and small problems were fixed immediately.We suggest that you had the traditional Bamboo Gardens Hotel in the hutong in Beijing to your recommended hotels.It was traditionally furnished but had all the amenities that a traveler would want, and was conveniently located for a walk to the Drum and Bell Towers, as well as HouHai lake area.

We were completely satisfied and would not have changed at thing.Visitors should be prepared for a lot of climbing if they want to maximize their experience.
