For tour guide,they were all excellent and unique. However, I’m sure the one that would have been the hardest to find was Dylan, with his knowledge of the minority people.
The great Wall of China is brilliant.Both tour guides Eddie and Yo Yo were first class and both of the drivers were helpful and I could not say which was best.The door to door service and the fact that both guides took the trouble to put me on the train in the correct compartment is very impressive.
We would absolutely recommend your service. Candy’s incredible flexibility and helpfulness REALLY helped last minute changes, etc… Thank you again!

For the tour guides, it is important to mention that all three were excellent but the best was in Beijing--Johnny Li from beijing is very friendly and very attentive to our needs in addition to that the time to seize a lot and the English speech is very clear. We have very good service for drivers too.
The hotel was very good, the tours excellent, and our guide, Tracy, truly terrific. She managed our trips really well, gave us some great experiences, picked great food for us to try, was full of information and was a great advertisement for China Highlights.

Carol Zhang in Beijing.She was very organized and planned ahead.She was very personable; teaching us language skills, history & various interesting tidbits.I'd like to 'adopt' her as my daughter!!Jerry was incredibly persistent and flexible.A couple of the sights we were to see were not open to the public for the day.After several phone calls, we were able to see all that was scheduled for us.
We had a great time in Chengdu, the Panda Research Center was the most memorable attraction we visited.The hotel was excellent and we didn't force to do any shopping. We will definitely recommend your company in future.

In Pingyao, we had the opportunity to go to the theatre. There were no other westerners in the audience, we were the only ones! The show was absolutely great, and at the end we received an unexpected homage by the manager and the whole company. It was overwhelming and we'll never forget it. Shirley may explain to you how she managed to organise this great surprise for Pilar and me. Regarding our guide, as I've said before, Shirley was the best of all. Apart from the theatre, she accompanied us everywhere 'using brain and heart' (do you understand?). And Pingyao under the snow is so beautiful!!!!!!!

We loved having Foster as our guide.He is a happy person and we loved his stories.We thank him, you, and China Highlights for making good alternate arrangements for us because of the weather.The visit to the countryside farmhouse was really special, and getting there in a golf cart was a lot better than having to bicycle in the rain. Mr. Han was a very good and careful driver, so compliments to him, too.
