The Guide in Kunming, Linda was very friendly and full of information, she also spoke excellent English. We went to one additional place in Kunming, a tea factory called Dr Tea. We had some time to fill in as it was a little early to have our dinner. She emphasized that there would be tea for sale there but do not buy any unless we really wanted to. We found the talk and tea tasting here very interesting!
I would like to express my view on the efficient and professional way Michael Hu has dealt with all my queries.This is why I emailed Michael again, after he organised my son‘s previous trip which also went very well.It is wonderful to feel re-assured not having to worry about the forthcoming holiday when we are living at the other side of the world.I would recommend Michael to any of my colleagues and friends in the future.
Thank you for arranging the tour for me. Stone Forest and the Dragon Gate are the most memenorable attractions i visited.In my free time i went to bars and Restaurants around the park which were very impressed. kUNMING Was alot more modern than I expected (which was good) .

The acrobats in Beijing were quite good. The night river cruise in shanghai was Good. We had a flight delay or we would have liked to have seen the face changing play in Xi'an
I also wish to let you know that I received excellent service from Ms Nancy Deng, Travel Advisor when I planned and booked the tour. She was patient with our enquiry and in answering all our queries, and meticulous in making the tour arrangement and transmitting the information to the tour guide to follow.
Kathy and I have had several conversations about how our trip turned out. All in all we agree that the organization was quite good. The hotel arrangements were excellent, the city guides universally pleasant and helpful, and the tours and points of interest were well considered. And the one aspect which we had worried about, getting picked up at each of 6 strange airports by a friendly face, worked like clockwork.
William Huo was very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive to my particular requests while planning our itinerary. He provided good advice and made the changes we requested to our itinerary. China Highlights thought of everything that we would need. It was easy to pay for the tour using Paypal. We especially appreciate receiving the detailed itinerary complete with suggestions for restaurants and sights near our hotel.
Our Tibet guide was also exceptional! He took such good care of us. I was sick one day and he helped me up all of the steps when we climbed to the top of the Palace and then a temple. He treated us so well. He also should be rewarded for being such a great guide. Our Shanghai guide, Diana, was also exceptional. She treated us so well and also cared for us. We told her that she did not have to take us to the airport, but she came anyway and was such a big help to us there, especially because we did not fly out on the same plane.
The initial concern caused by the late arrival of the guide and van at Tianjin was soon replaced by an admiration forthe expertise of your drivers and guide. Steven did a superb job of communicating the history and importance of the various sites. He also responded positively and quickly to any requests we had to deviate slightly from the schedule, and several times remained with us even though we did notcomplete the day's activities until later than expected.
