Having returned from a thoroughly enjoyable trip to China (we would have liked to have stayed longer), I would like to reiterate my praise for Ms Carol Wang's excellent service. Everything was beautifully organised; all of the transfers etc worked like clockwork; and her advice was helpful and accurate.

I was very impressed in X'ian when we were driven around to do things that we wanted to do such as shop and get massages. The guide helped translate when we asked her. I also liked that we can cell phones.

We loved our guide in Wuhan. (I cannot remember her name...) She was lovely, very friendly and we simply got along very well. As Ingy was not used to travelling with guides, and I was not used to travelling “alone” with a guide, we found it very comfortable to be spending time with someone who acted more as a friend than someone at work. When we sat and read while waiting for our lunch, she joined our table and pulled out a book as well! She was adorable and had a lot of knowledge about the area and China in general.

The tour itinerary was exactly what we wanted and at each stage of the tour the guides were always there to meet us even when flights were delayed. It is very difficult to pick just one memorable attraction. In Beijing the visit to the Great Wall and spending a couple of hours walking along this great structure was fantastic. In Xian visiting the Terracotta warriors was amazing, when I visited this site 19 years ago there was only the one building and now it is so huge with museums and shops. The visit to EBC was interesting but the weather was not kind to us and we did not see the peak of Mount Everest.

We actually went back to the USA during the second part of the holiday week.We had a nice time (but it is very hot there). Hotel was very nice. Guide and drive were good.

your services always responsive and helpful,the very good quality and information of the tour guides, particularly Jeff and the one in Shanghai with excellent English. Rita, I think this was her name, who took us to the Datong Budhas was also very good. She loves what she does and is so sweet.the guide from Chiling was very nice too.

The service Michael provided was excellent. Very responsive, detailed and flexible. I wish I could get this type of service all over the world. It is my pleasure to recommend Michael and his company to my friends.

We have communicated several months ago and you were very helpful. In just about one week, my husband and I will begin our much anticipated first trip to China. I am in the middle of packing and getting things together at our home, but I wanted to write you to let you know how much I appreciate the assistance that Eva Wang has provided during these months of planning. She has been responsive, reliably returning emails within 24 hours. When she was out sick, a colleague responded. She recommended hotels and responded to all of my questions in detail and with unlimited patience. When we needed to make a change in plans, she quickly adjusted the itinerary making recommendations on how we could handle the logistics of adding a few days in Huangshan. I also appreciated that she provided local information about trail closings in Huangshan and suggested an alternate hiking route and hotel. This was so much better than finding out when we got there as we were able to adjust our hotel choice in advance. The trip planning was fun!

I just wanted you to know that Eva Wang has been extremely helpful in organizing and planning our upcoming trip to China, and we are extremely grateful for her expertise and quick response to our needs.
