I wish to compliment you on one of the ladies in your tourist company-Ms Nora Ou. Nora has been very helpful with her advice about the Xian Horticultural Expo. It was also set out very clearly efficiently, as well as being very prompt. For we overseas tourist this is a most important factor, when a lot of decisions have to be made at a distance.The inclusion of her photograph is an excellent friendly idea. Makes it a lot more personal, having a face with the messages. Well done.

We'd a great time with a trip with China Highlights. Delia did a great job in putting together a really comprehensive itinerary. We've seen a ton from, you know, the grandeur of Forbidden City. We did Taichi on the ancient city wall in Xian and we cleaned the panda cage in Chengdu. I mean just from the talk about everything was run spectacularly well. And we had a great trip and had a great time in China. Anybody else? That all I got, OK.

W: OK. We have having a fantastic time in China. We came, say thank you for Delia for planning everything. We had our own little issues in terms of things like food and technology. Everything was addressed amazingly. He was one who had the biggest concerns about the food. I knew it would be fine, because we'll eat vegetables, everything was great. Also I came here really my biggest thing was to see the terracotta warriors that was my biggest thing. And I tell you without just saying it because Delia from there, Guilin is actually a really beautiful city; and going yesterday to the Longsheng Terraces was probably the highlight of my trip. It is just so beautiful wouldn't you say.
M: Absolutely, we are concerned at the beginning when we did the booking online. You know, because you are doing something online, you don't know what going to get, as soon as arrive at Beijing, you have a surprise nobody going to wait for you. Whatever, we had all kind of things. You know, in our mind, in my mind. (absolutely Delia, she heard about all of our worries.) Surprisely, it was unbelievable. We..Yee..Everything was not like a Swiss watch but a Chinese watch. Everything was right on time time. People are waiting for us; people order for us at the restaurants, people did let us go anywhere by ourselves by by by ourselves. It was just amazing. And also the unique thing about doing a private tour is that you can talk to the guide about personal stuff. You can ask some question. As long as your not talking politics its good. Ur.. But you can talk about if you are going in a bus with 40 people, you can not ask the guide questions about the life, about the school; about their job (What their grandparent doing is about their kids. Wonderful that is) If you see something right was living like a markets, veal, oil, vegetable or something you can stop and you can take pictures. It was really good. It was a ..(And also our guide is amazingly knowledgeable, which is another thing. You can't worry how much can they know; and history is so long, how many dynasties can you know and how many leaders can you know. Just everything is going great. We have a couple of days and I'm sure the rest of everything can go just as well.) Overall, they are 99.5 percent (where was the extra 0.5 percent) I am leaving to myself. I cannot give this self percent. That is. That is. Anything else? (No, that is.) That is.
Our tour coordinator from China Highlights Ms (now Mrs.) Delia Xie has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, intelligent and very sweet staff member. She has taken lot of trouble and pain for us by amending the tour program off and on and she gladly accepted all our changes smilingly and to our liking. I feel very bad for making so many changes as my Group people live at different places and have different choices. But all ended well and now all are eager to come to China.

The Chinese lessons were amazing! Jane was an excellent teacher and I learned a lot. I was able to purchase a few books at the book store which was located across the street from her office. I've been studying every day after work and am slowly making progress. My goal is to become fluent in Mandarin in 5 -7 years.
How are you? Kind of busy catching up with work and jetlag at the same time but all I can say is that my husband and I enjoyed the trip very very much and were impressed with Chinahighlights' service. Thank you very much to you and your team!

The tour exceeded my expectation. It was the best tour itinerary for us.We like Xi’an and the warriors a lot. The guide Henry in Beijing is excellent by far!!! The drivers are excellent as well. Tour guides were very enthusiastic and drivers able to drive in crazy Beijing traffic. Also guides accompanying us inside airport.
