Everything she organized was perfect. (Single compartment on the train, Hotels, local guide and driver, flights). The local guide was pleasant and knowledgeable and adapted well to our needs. (We are probably not easy customers, I suppose, because we are usually individual travelers with a wide range of experience and not very used to being “guided”).

We are back home in Australia now and I just had to write an email about our tour that you put together for us. our guide rain ? was execelent and we could not have had a better guide the driver handled the Beijing traffic so well ,but he didnt speak much I guess he was concentrating on driving. I totally had a unforgettable experience in my 3 short days in beijing, thank you, china highlights and your wonderful tour guide rain.

We can look back to a very enjoyable and informative Chinese holiday well guided by some professionals China Highlights. All Tour Guide and Drivers handled there job in a very proficiently manner and made the extra afford to please us, and last but not least Whitney Liao as the key leader. Our travel advisor Coco did an excellent job. She is knowledgable and friendly and always responded very quickly to questions when we were in the planning stage. Her help meant that our tour was tailored exactly how I wanted. It was also really nice to speak to Coco while we were in China.

We would like to thank and compliment you on the wonderful trip we had in China recently. The tour was extremely well organised, with guides who were very flexible, informative and punctual. At no time did we feel uncomfortable or ill-at -ease.

We were very pleased with the trip. We had a wonderful time, and everything exceeded our expectations. The trip was smooth and seamless; very easy from beginning to end and we felt everything was taken care of. I would especially like to compliment our guide in Guilin, Jessica. She was very attentive and personal, and accompanied us the entire trip.

We enjoyed every moment with our tour guides, Victor in Zhangjiajie and Lili in Beijing. They both were professional, well prepared for our trip, very flexible and went extra miles for us. We had foggy and rainy weather in Zhangjiajie and visibility were limited at the mountain. But, Victor knows local culture and mountain so well and led us to the spot where we could have glimpse of views. Victor waited almost two hours at the Tongren Daxing Airport until we checked in.

Thank you for your help with our itinerary, also when our flight from Yichang to Xian was cancelled. We enjoyed the journey by Bullet Train and felt we saw more of the countryside this way.

Although China Highlights was recommended to us, it is always daunting to deal with an overseas tour company. We need not have worried. Every email I sent to you prior to our trip was answered promptly, and sometimes within the hour. It gave me confidence that I was dealing with a professional organisation with excellent customer service. You arranged everything perfectly and all went smoothly. We had an absolutely wonderful time.

Also would like to thank you for a most memorable trip. thanx for all the assistance. I'll definitely recommend China Highlights to my friends and families.. I've done the feedback for both Beijing and Xian, and was very glad to pick both destination as my first trip to China.
