We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and Lili was a wonderful guide. We did all the things planned and were able to change the timings to fit things in more easily. Lili was always there waiting for us and allowed us to take in much more and understand the culture and life in China. It's a shame we didn't have more time there but many thanks to Lili and yourself for organising everything so professionally.

I wanted to send positive feedback on Delia (organizing) and Sara (tour guide) for my recent trip to Shanghai. Both were very positive and proactive and organised things exactly as I wanted.Sara was especially friendly with my 10-year old son – I can recommend her service for any family visiting Shanghai.

I wanted to commend Lily Guo for her outstanding assistance and help in planning this 12 day China trip for my clients. I briefly spoke with Mrs. Constantina Pettis via telephone on October 21, 2014 while I was in travel status and have not been able to speak with each member of the group about their experience during their 12 day China visit. Mrs. Constantina Pettis was just elated, she went on and on about sites she had never seen before, how courteous their guides and drivers were and the excellent ground arrangement that Lily arranged for them. Mrs. Pettis stated that the group was especially appreciative of Lily Guo calling them every so often to check on how they were enjoying themselves.

I would just like to take this opportunity to commend Christy for all her help and assistance in organising my sister and mine upcoming trip to China/Tibet and Hong Kong.Christy has been extremely efficient in answering any questions that we have had, and provided feedback and ideas to make the most of this trip.

We are e-mailing you because we were ABSOLUTLY satisfied and grateful to Nora Hu, our tripadvisor who arranged our tour in China. She did a marvellous work, day by day, till the end of our trip ( 21, october, 2014) Since the moment that we first contacted her by e-mail till the last moment she was absolutely PERFECT as travel agent, sensible, feeling our needs ( it was a tailor-made program), present, giving us her cel phone for anything we could need during the trip ( we had also the cel of our guides ), in a few words our feeling was that she was "the great mother" looking for our safety and joy during all this trip!!! We had a marvellous experience and we want you as supervisor to know that you and Chinahighlights have a great agent with Nora Hu! Congratulations!

We arrived back in Toronto after being totally taken care of everywhere we went in China. It was a well organized and good overview of China for those of us who have never been there before. The quality of service from beginning to end provided by you in particular and your company is something that you should be proud of.

I wish to THANK YOU and your company VERY MUCH for the marvellous trip you arranged for us!!!We loved China, Chinese people, allways so kind with us, the beautiful places and monuments we saw , and after Chinese dance and paintings, silk, pearls : well EVERYTHING we knew in your large country was for us a very happy experience! The only thing we didn′t like was air and polution in Beijing, but this ABSOLUTELY isn′t your fault! Also we were very Lucky with the weather because it didn′t rain during all our trip. The small accident I had beaking my foot finger was in the last day and did not interfere with the programs and marvellous experience we had in China. Thanks to our daughter and our sun in law, and SPECIALLY to Linda , who in a free day came to see me and go and translate , I could be very well assisted and quit China safe without any pain.

We had a wonderful trip to china arranged by Ms Whitney liao of China high lights. Notwithstanding the time difference, she was always there to reply to all our queries and phone calls. She kept on assuring us that she will take care everything and that we will have a memorable vacation. Now, after the tour we are glad to confirm that it was a very memorable trip with even the smallest thing taken care. We would like place on record our appreciation for Whitney for her personal involvement.

Thank you very much for the nice words and in very good English. I miss your kindness and all the nice things you did for me. Will never forget the little hug at the airport. I was very tired on arriving home and slept for a long time, all is well now. I have a couple of beautiful pictures of you and me and with your permission will always keep them and show friends what a beautiful lady I met in China., I will email a couple to you as soon as I get things sorted out with the over 600 photos I have. I miss you Lili I cannot get you out of my mind and if I were 40 years younger I would be back and never let you go. I wish you much happiness in your future endeavours and please keep writing to me. I did have a great time in China and loved seeing such a beautiful hometown as yours with a lovely Chinese girl. Thank You.
