Lily has been wonderful in helping organise the upcoming tour. She has been very supportive of the groups requests and extremely efficient in replying to our requests (immediate responses).

Lily phoned me in Vancouver, BC, Canada, where I live. She is personable and knowledgeable. She sent follow-up mails and responses quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately we are not able to visit Guilin at this time, but will be sure to contact her should we decide to do so.

I carry these guests regularly with their travel need and I know they can be pain sometime but not all the time as they've proven with their China visit. Group was mixed of Politicians and Business people and they think they can get away with any thing without asking. Guests call me back with all good reviews for your company and thanked me for arranging their China visit. My sympathy goes for you and all your colleagues who have to bear their burnt !
