Christy was absolutely excellent at all times. Her responses to our e.mails were immediate , she even phoned us on her days off work. She showed extreme patience and knowledge of her subject at all times and gave us utter confidence in your product. She has the ability to maintain a proffessional at the same time as displaying a friendly approach. China Highlights should consider themselves extremely lucky to have such an excellent employee.

Hi Nora, We had a great trip everything went very smoothly, guides were great, most of the drivers were good, we had trouble getting used to Chinese traffic. The places we visited were great, particularly Shangri la & Jiuzhaigou. Most of the hotels were good, we were disappointed with the food at the Sheraton, Timeless Inn in Shangri la was great, clean & great host. Would love to have had a longer time in Jiuzhaigou to really have a good look at the park and Huanglong but it's not possible to see everything. The guides looked after me very well and made sure I could eat well as did the Yangtze Gold 2. Thanks for organising a great tour and I will certainly recommend you to anyone I know,

we've seen soooo much, met so many people, heard soooo many legends & stories, taken sooooo many photos!!!!! We are having a quiet 2 days before we fly out on Friday to Shanghai. Helen was great help in checking on to Victoria Jenna and we thoroughly enjoyed the river cruise. Likewise Annie in Chongqing was most helpful; she telephoned ship night before so we had message she wld meet us at 8.30am - as we were too early for hotel check in she suggested we visit an old ancestral hall/temple which we found fascinating. Thank you as always for yr assistance  - we "sing" your praises everywhere & always highly recommend China Highlights.

We just wanted to thank for your handling of our bookings and trip overall. You were very prompt in responding to our requests and modifications and the trip was well planned and constructed even before we left. We appreciated the reliability of our guides in several key ways.They were always on time to greet us on arrival and helped with our accomodation arrangements; if there was a car water was provided, sites were accompanied with a knowledgeable commentary, and finally the guides ensured that we were aware of our next travel arrangements and that we knew where to go and what to expect.

We have been globally very much satisfied with the tour, the guides, the drivers, the hotels.the guide we want to give mention for Jason, our 2nd guide: excellent English, good knowledge of the local people and habits, extremely helpful, but Jason has really made a step further. Concerning the program, everything was interesting, maybe withthe exception of the Guiyang program, which could have been avoided. Jason did his best to make it pleasant though,but it was really a disappointment after the good time we had had in the minorities area. In other words,and as I had originally suggested, we could have pushed the whole program by 1 day and started on Monday instead of Sunday. And equally finished on Sunday night at Guiyang airport.I hope you accept positively these comments and want to express once again our appreciation for the organization.

So far everything has been terrific. Each guide has been very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. We are enjoying our trip very much, and we thank you for all your efforts.

I planned a trip to China with my sister and wanted to hire a guide and driver and was turned onto China Highlights. I was a bit apprehensive at first but put my faith in it and booked it. I worked with Cecilia to plan the private tour and it was perfect. When we arrived we met out Beijing tour guide Rachael. She was there at the airport exit, right where she was supposed to be, with a large sign that clearly had my name on it. She spoke great English, she was always happy, she went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of and saw everything that we wanted to see and more. We went on to Chengdu where I swear our guide Kevin spoke better English that some of my friends in the United States. If you are planning a trip to China don't hesitate to book with China Highlights and ask for Rachael in Beijing and Kevin in Chengdu!
