Just wanted to say thanks! I had a great trip with Ally and our driver. They were both brilliant! I gave them both a good tip after 5 days work but I am not sure that you mentioned anywhere in the travel materials that travellers should tip in China. This was my first experience with an internet-based travel agency and I was very impressed with your efforts because: I gave you such short notice – only 3 working days notice; I got your fax at my hotel in Shijiazhuang when I had no internet access so communication about all my travel bookings the day before my trip was very reliable; and the itinerary was just what I wanted to do and see, very flexible and very useful for my landscape design work. So thank you again and I would be very happy to travel with your company again in the future.

The terraces and the minority villages. The river cruise was nice but it’d be better if you could get away from the other boats on a smaller boat at a non-peak time of tourist traffic.Tracey was great. She was very helpful and fit things into our schedule. She even helped translate a short document for us.The food in the Longxi (sorry about the spelling) village was definitely the best. Slightly smaller portions would be OK even for two big Americans.

I have been rather busy the last few weeks, and the same goes for you I presume... We enjoyed very much your arrangements and we were more than pleased with the guide (Sandra) that you had selected. We found her very knowledgeable and professional and we had some very memorable days together with her. Should we ever go back to Beijing we would absolutely want to have her as our guide again - she did a very, very good job. And we had the possibility not only to get information about the various sights but as well comments on the daily life in China. We are not able to right a way say which of the visits was the most memorable one. The visits to the various places were what we had asked for and gave us a very good view of some of the most interesting sights in Beijing. We were also very much impressed by the beauty of the city with a lot of trees and flowers. You must know that this trip was decided with a very short notice because of the invitation to Guangzhou for the name giving of two ships ordered by a Swedish company that I do some work for. And even though our programme for the summer was already rather pressed we managed to make it possible to spend some days in Beijing too. We were not (as we always used to be) well prepared by studying a lot of guides and historic books. You may rest assured that we will (and have already done so) recommend your organization - and our guide Sandra - for potential additional visitors to China. The most memorable attraction we visited was the actual Three Gorges Dam locks. Curtis, the River Guide. His knowledge was outstanding, his presentations were excellent and as busy as he was at times, he remained a delightfully pleasant person to engage with. Ours was a very brief trip into China - one night transit stop in a Guangzhou hotel, but otherwise the three nights on the Victoria ship (I cannot recall the specific name of our ship). The ship's meals were certainly of excellent standard and we were very pleased with the accommodation. I would unhesitatingly recommend your company. Notwithstanding our very simple and short trip, it involved a frequent exchange of emailed questions which were always promptly responded to by your office. Your original staff member, Vee Lee, was particularly helpful in identifying this efficient way for us to visit the Yangtze River / Three Gorges Dam, whilst working within a very non-negotiable timeframe due to our other travel and work commitments.Our short trip leaves little scope for much comment here. We appreciated the detailed advice from your firm in advance. The only specific thought is that whilst we had read extensively about the Three Gorges Dam project for several years, a very clear understanding of the project only emerged from our actual visit and the explanations from Curtis. It would be great to have a clearly communicated overview of the project included with your general travel information in advance.

We arrived home 1.5 hours ago, and everyone is now sleeping. The first load of laundry has been washed and dried. We had a wonderful time in China, and we want to thank you for your hospitality and care that you and your staff extended to us. I am sure this will not be the only trip to China for us. I wish to ask a favor of you. Before we left Quilin, Vivian brought us to the Hainan South Sea Pearl Store where I was able to purchase a very nice gold pearl pendant for Bless. I was wondering if you or Vivian could help me purchase a set of earings to match the pendant, and have the store ship it to me in Lakewood, NY, USA. If it is possible, and the price is right, please let me know. I can either pay the Store directly with my credit card, or pay for the merchandise through your company. I don’t think it will be possible to find the same kind of pearl in the same color here in the USA. I shall await your advice. Thank you very much.

Dear Candy,
Both Carol & myself enjoyed the tour that was organised. Carol especially enjoyed Xian and both of us thought that two days was insufficient time to enjoy the sights. Our guide told us at the last minute about a new tomb that was opened last year that had smaller warriors & a glass floor. We would have enjoyed seeing it. Can you tell us the name so that I can look it up on the internet. Shanghai was also good & we appreciated the tour to the water village. Both our guides Liang Shuang in Xian and Angela in Shanghai looked after our needs. Especially when we told them that we enjoyed “Real” Chinese cuisine and not the food usually provided for tourists taste. We would certainly recommend them. Our drivers Mr Wong (Xian) & Mr Han (Shanghai) were also competent & obliging. The hotel in Shanghai was not suitable for two women on their own as it was too far out (the shortcut to the Bund was not available) and the area surrounding it not suitable for going out at night except for a quick meal. I had raised my concerns with you before the trip about the proximity of the hotel & where we wanted to go. Both of us feel that your company needs to explore more suitable accommodation for women travelers. We look forward to coming to China again. Thank you for all your assistance. Please pass on to Liang Shuang & Angela how happy we were with their services & the manner that they went out of their way to assist our requests.

I am back in Mexico and i really had a wonderful trip my answer to your questions:
1.-The must beautiful place i visited was terracota warriors
2.-The best guide was Foster from Guilin he is very friendly, the worst was Jefry from Shangai, he was unfriendly and unkind, eventhoug he has good english and knows a lot.
3.-The best hotel was Sofitel Shangai but the others were also good
4.- Of corse i would recomend you.
5.-I think the Mosque at Xian deserve a visit
6.-Yes i would speak with another costumers
