On reflection,this is the best tour itinerary for us. Tsering was the most outstanding tour guide, he was a very knowledgeable and caring person. All the drivers were very good. We were very happy with the service provided by Simon and his ability to solve problems when they arose. Everything went absolutely according to plan.

In the name of myself and the other members of our group, I would like to express our total satisfaction regarding your organization of our tour. We spent a great time in China and really appreciate the skills of Sophie, our French speaking guide in Beijing.

It is hard to pick the best guide. They were all great and each had their own strengths. The guides made our trip as wonderful as it was. They all did their best to meet our needs and always went above our expectations. And all drivers were very attentive and helpful

On the other hand the guides in both Xi'an and Beijing were very aware of the foods Geoffrey could and couldn't eat. Both Cindy and Zhangli were excellent guides.Both spoke English well and made every effort to inform us of the history of the sites we visited.I particularly would like to thank Zhangli for fitting us in with a visit to the Zoo.As I toldyou on the phone I was most interested to see a live Panda, and we weren't disappointed.Both guides were always on time and very professional and cheerful.

My wife and I thoroughtly enjoyed our recent tour of China arranged by China Highlights. All the tour guides were simply wonderful and we both had a really good time. China is indeed a magnificent country ! The tour attractions we visited were spectacular.We will most likely be back to see some other parts of China in the not too distant future.Thank you Candy for all your hard work. I know (from my profession) how is complicated to mange so big organization with so many branches in every cities in big country.How you can plan a trip with customers and every agency (brunch) need to cause the trip will be as he was planning. You succeed to do it very good,When we test the organization, we need to ask how this organization reacts when something goes bad, not as planning;The answer to this question is for your organization also very good,In Xian the guide did not come to airport, I called you and after 5-10 minuets, the representative in the airport come to meet me.It was very nice.It is not usual for company.

We were very happy with the service we received and Diana was really wonderfull. The Expo was excellent even though we were there on the record Saturday when over a million people attended.

I was impressed in Beijing when one of our tour members forgot her camera battery at the hotel and Johnny was able to rearrange our itenerary to allow her to go back to the hotel and meet us without us missing out on anything. This actually improved the day because we then had time to go into the Birds Nest instead of just seeing it from the outside while we were waiting for her return. Lily was also very sweet and knowledgeable, She would carry our packages to make it easier for us to shop. She helped a lot with our other tour member's elderly mother.

It was a a fascinating and interesting area to visit. I am very grateful for the arrangements you made and the itinerary you planned.

The Anting Villa Hotel was in a very quiet, leafy area of Shanghai. Nice and clean with friendly staff and a good Chinese and Western breakfast. Unfortunately the evening meal we had there wasn't anything special. The location was good and it was close to a couple of metro stations for tourists to do exploring by themselves.
