The guide Nordurn is tibetan, both her English and Mandarine are good, as well as knowledgeable.and the drivers provide a safe, comfortable experience.Train experience/view and on the way to the mountain were the most memorable attractions for us.
Vicky in Beijing was excellent in that she provided lots of information and told us interesting stories that really bought the attractions to life. Our drivers in Beijing and Shanghai drove very well and all of the vehicles used in all 3 cities were very comfortable.
My husband loves nature so Huangshan mountains were the most memorable attraction you visited. Our tour guides were all excellent but our guide at Huangshan was superb, and the drivers provide a safe, comfortable experience.
I just want to thank Chinahighlights for the wonderful trip we recently had in Beijing. It went very well and smoothly and everything in the itinerary was great. Our tour guide, Jonathan was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, related with us well and made sure that everything went well for everyone. He provided excellent service. We greatly enjoyed and appreciated his company. Overall, we really enjoyed it - experiencing Beijing, the historic and cultural sites as well as the modern parts of Beijing.

My bad knees were a problem but Harry insisted in staying with me along the Great Wall walk which I appreciated.

The Wow factor was our Tour Guide, Monica in Xian. She went the extra mile for us - providing a mini moon cake on arrival as it was the first day of the Autumn Festival. Her enthusiasm in providing what Xian could offer inclusive of the food and the manner in which she carried out her duties were far beyond expectation and she made our tour in Xian so interesting that we were so glad to have her and enjoyed the 3 days in Xian.
The tour guides in both Beijng and Xi'an were excellent but we also enjoy discovering shanghai for ourselves. The drivers provide a safe, comfortable experience.
