Both our guides were great.I could understand Howard better than Woo. I told him he was going to have to learn to speak like a Texan. Both drivers were very good. The hotels were good and I enjoyed the food very much. We did a lot of shopping but I had rather go to a store not run by the government and I also enjoyed buying on the street. The people were very sweet and kind.

We liked all the tour guides but I think our favorite was Michelle in Chengdu. She was so sweet and happy all the time, really knew her history and her local attractions, and went the extra mile for us in many ways. We met her on Trevor's birthday so she took us out to a bar to celebrate and meet her friends which was fantastic. Then later she knew Trevor really liked the coy fish in the ponds so she bought all of us the opportunity to bottle-feed the fish. And we never felt rushed or too slow with her. Plus, we could feel her passion for the places she took us too, and she told us a lot of life in China which was all so very interesting. She even wrote our dinner order one evening on a piece of paper so we could just hand it to the waitress and we didn't have to worry about figuring out what to order. We love Michelle!

I would like to tell you that Ruby Zhao has been my trip consultant and she has been wonderful to work with organizing the trip we desired. She was very gracious, polite and kind and I will definitely recommend both her and China Highlights as a great tour company for China. Unfortunately we could not make the trip we were planning due to rising airline costs at the last minute that made it more expensive than our budget would allow. China Highlights and Ruby Zhao provided great service and help for the prices requested for the trip in China, just the airline ticket we were going to purchase to get to China went up to the point we could no longer afford the trip. We hope to be able to make the trip in a future year with China Highlights.

Both my husband and I recently came back from a wonderful tour with your company 'China Highlights' Everything was excellent whilst there. The guides were wonderful! We have been telling everyone who will listen that your company is the way to explore china!

John King, our guide, was very pleasant and amiable, providing historical nuggets and interesting anecdotes that enriched what could be routinary. It helped that he spoke excellent English. He recommended we see that acrobat show - we did - and did not regret it.

You and your team did a great job that you all can be proud off. Our guide in Kunming for Stone forest made us do areas that normal tourists do not do. That was a Wow!.
