The guides in Singapore and Hangzhou took a short time to adjust to the fact I didn't want rigidly to follow the plan, that I had some other ideas. They adjusted and were helpful.
I thought I would pass on to you a copy of the email I have sent to Simon. May I also let you know how pleased I was with Simon’s assistance. We had to negotiate my tour around fixed dates and locations for a conference I was attending at Beibei, but he was very responsive to my needs and I finished up with an ideal itinerary and a tour that worked flawlessly from beginning to end. The organisation behind it was, I am sure, not trivial, but it was all done exceedingly well.
It was our first stay and experience in China but we must say that it met our expectations.The entire program, visit the sights, the perfect interpretation of our guide Vicky, accomodation, board and perfect organization fulfilled what everyone expected. For all the remaining piece of China in their hearts.
All the tour had a very good organization and good quality. Our contact GRACE WANG has always given us good informations and has managed very professionally our tour delayed one week later because visas in late. Guides speaking French were very good.

I just want to thank you for the great China experience you helped us planned. It was a true superlative tour in every respect. Not only myself but other members of my group were extremely impressed with the services from Chinahighlights. We all were highly impressed with the professionalism, dependability and flexibility of your tour guides and drivers.
All the guides are good, especially Tashi in Tibet. He was always pleasant, considerate, patient, polite, on-time, informative and 'always there’. We had a variety of drivers, but overall the driver in Tibet was outstanding. His skill in driving around and through the various road conditions was just great. In China, we had three female drivers and they certainly outperformed their male counter-parts.

I would particularly like to emphasise the quality of the guides I had in Xi’an and Beijing. As I said below, I rate them among the very best of the guides I have had, anywhere in the world, over the last 35 years. I would like to formally recognise my gratitude to them for making my visit just that much better than it otherwise would have been and hope that there is some way that their quality can be recognised by China Highlights.
Flight delayed by about 30 mins which meant we arrived 30 mins late at Xian airport. Shannon our guide met us and was very helpful throughout the day.
