The trip was just perfect. However, on the 13th day of the 19 day trip my husband fell ill - really a life threatening illness. It was at this point in the trip that I began to really appreciate the value of the assistance that China Highlights.com and Carol Guan were able to provide for us. The guide, the driver, and Carol all just kicked into gear and assisted us from that day to the day we left.

I have been extremely busy with summer teaching here in Changsha and have been possibly not the easiest client to work with as I cannot easily commit to travel plans, however Simon has been not only patient but considerate in his dealing with me. In addition I would like to add that I am probably not all that financial valuable as a client as I'm just on a teachers salary so my trips will be smaller and have less financial reward for your company than perhaps many tourist groups etc, however I will continue to use your company where possible, and recommend it to other expats as the service I have received to date is excellent.

I wanted to write to thank you (and China Highlights) for organizing such a wonderful tour. All of the guides and drivers were great - they were timely, courteous and very knowledgeable. In addition, all of the hotels and restaurants were excellent (clean, wonderful locations, great food, etc.).
I would like to commend your staff Ms Grace Wang on the excellent job she has done so far, in helping me with the transport/tour arrangements for a trip back to my ancestral village in Guangdong province.
The tour guide had to wait quite a long time for us at the Airport because we were delayed coming through customs. He was very helpful, and assisted us with our luggage onto the train. I would certainly recommend you to any friends coming to China.
