Each Of Our Guides Was Wonderful. We Loved Talking With Them And Found Them Not Only Very Well-Informed, But Also Very Responsive To Our Questions. Getting To Know Them A Little Bit Was A Very Very Important Part Of What Made This Trip Special, Particularly Because We Didn't Really Get To Talk Much With Other People. I was very pleased by the flexibility. In the time it took to plan this trip I lost my job for 6 months. China Highlights was great at switching the itinerary around to help us keep our trip affordable. They even suggested some money saving flights.

I reached out to at least 8 different agencies via the internet. None responded to me as thoroughly and professionally as did Coco from China Highlights. I worked with her to define exactly what I wanted to do and see; she took this information and refined it into an itinerary that was unsurpassed with excitement, entertainment and complete enjoyment from the time I arrived until the moment I departed.

Our guides are excellent. They have good english skills and their knowledge of the history and culture of the sites we are shown is complete and interesting. Linda especially is a very good guide. She has a bright and energetic personality that makes her tour outstanding.

The tour guides are good,The train rides are ok.Overall we did enjoy our trip to China and we saw many old history such as the Great Wall and the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses,and all famous sites.

Once again China Highlights has done everything to ensure that your guests are very well cared for and all your guides are so welcoming and professional. I will be in touch with you in the future whenever we plan to travel in China once more or have more family members come to visit.

Oscar, our tour guide in Guilin spoke good English, always addressed us with our first names and made sure we enjoyed our time by inquiring about accommodation and our food wishes. And all the drivers did an impressive job with the (for us) mind-boggling traffic
