Firstly many thanks for resolving my little gripe about the train fares it is a real pleasure to deal with a company that does not walk away from its clients once the trip is over.

Hi, my name is Carsten from South Africa; we started our tour by basically doing research and found China Highlights on line very quickly. We started the tour, the main goal was to go to the World Expo, but we thought with all the price we are paying to come just for the Expo, we might just well do the rest of China as well. We started of in Beijing, we did the Forbidden City and walk walk walk, but, oh, about a thousand photographs later with every moment. Our tour guide was accommodating, patient, most important caused I’m travelling with my mom who is a 63 years already, so she was always looking fleck taking little rest. Every thing was perfect. After we got into in Xian, we saw the Terracotta Warriors. We moved on to Shanghai, we saw the World Expo which was amazing to see from a architecture point of view but also what was happening how the city is moving, Shanghai was comparable to any other major city in the world that I travelled to-- New York, London, Paris. Shanghai is clean, magnificent. Then we travel down to Suzhou, to the   gardens, and all the canal districts, and all of that after that, and went to Hangzhou, which we will recommend any time, about lakes, tea gardens, everything you could imagine for perfect vacation, slash, educational holiday. We moved on, now we are in Guilin, we’ve sorted out tours here, and we just got more and more lined-up and ending the tour in Hong Kong. So we are getting the best of China and we definitely need to come back to China, cause it just more and more to see, China has been a magnificent tour experience, we have to come back, cause it just so much more to see and it’s fantastic. The Chinese are always friendly; the food, at first we were scared of. But the food was very healthy in fact because most Chinese people are slim and trim so the food has done us very well. We had a great time. China Highlights has shown us China like the way we wanted to, the way we expected to see it. Come to China!

We greatly enjoyed our Xian trip. Very well arranged. Everything worked out fine, in time, etc. We appreciated the flexibility of the guide Wallace (we changed the schedule quite a bit last minute).

The tour itinerary is quite good.The most memorable attraction is Jiuzhaigou national park. As per the guide, I would pick Joy from Chengdu.

Tour guides and drivers were first class and gave us sterling service.You can clearly see this on my comment sheets. They were puntual, attentive, courtous, spoke good clear English and they are a credit to Chinahighlights. Special mention goes to Penn, Lucy and Will but full marks to all. Coaches used were clean, safe and comfortable. Bottled water was always available. Theatre show was very enjoyable and seats were good.

We were met at every terminal by a guide on time with the van waiting. The knowledge each guide had about their area was remarkable.We definitely would recommend you to our friends. We would tell them to go through an agency such as China highlights.

Thanks for helping organize such a wonderful trip! We appreciate all your effort in coordinating the itinerary! We had a fantastic time and created a lot of memories. China is a beautiful place.

Oscar, our guide, was such a nice guy, in the 3 days we spent together we had real fun in a very relaxing way... I am sure China Highlights will pick a hotel by the lake, because walking by the lake area in the evening hours gives a good view of how the Chinese live and enjoy their lives...

The service your firm supplied was top-notch and met and exceeded our expectations. Of the attractions we visited, each had its own attributes that highlighted the past and present of China and her peoples.

Lee was the perfect guide. She was pleasant, helpful, told us more information then any of the other guides. You should make sure you keep Lee as a guide as she was wonderful. Thanks for all your help, the trip was wonderful.
