We had a very good trip and the guides were very good.
It was a good trip,exceeded expectation. Guilin and Yangshuo cities, this includes the Impression Show in Yangshuo are very impressed. Tracy, our guide in Guilin and Yangshuo was our best guide. The hotels rooms were very good and fitted the 4* rate.This was already my 2nd time with you, and I will do it again.
Definitely I was quite impressed with Ying. Her English skills are excellent and she does a great job communicating. I really enjoyed her lectures on history, religion and even economic development of the city of Xian. She's truly a professional in the field of turism!!!
There was one thing about China Highlights service and customized program on our tour is that it was very nice to have an itinerary already to go with all the logistics taken care of for me. I just had to accept. Very easy to sign up.I would definitely recommend your company to my friends or colleagues.

I want to thank you for allowing Ruby Zhao to handle my travel arrangements.I have nothing but the highest parise for her. I am sure that I have been a bit trying at times with my impatience. Ruby has been very tolerant of my short comings and for this I am very appreciative. She has been excellent and I would have no problem in recommending her to any perople I know who are contemplating a trip to your country and suggesting that they use your organisation for their travel requirements.
The guides were both really great; the Suzhou-Tongli driver was great (didn't do much driving for the Shanghai extension); our highly-customised Suzhou itinerary was great;the Tongli visit was great too.
Thank you to you and your staff for helping me with the information to find the ship dock. It was remiss of me not to check this prior to leaving.
The organization of the tour by your company went like clockwork, every thing happened as planned, we enjoyed all the hotels we stayed in.
