Dear Ms Aileen, My wife and I returned from our trip to China and Japan last night. I want to write and give you feedback on CITS's services as you requested. We could not have been more pleased. You even managed to give us perfect weather! First of all, the guides in both Guilin and Kunming were excellent. English was very good, and they were most helpful in every way, with perfect flexibility. The itineraries you recommended could not have been better. By the way, thank you for insisting on one full day in Yangshuo. It turned out to be the most enjoyable day in China. The hotels were also excellent and the food was very good as well. When all is said and done, I give you and CITS the highest marks for service. Our lengthy communications via e-mail were enormously helpful. We could never have done so much by letter or fax. Good Morning Victor: I have been intending to write you a thank you note for all your help on the Miller/Neahring trip to China last month. You were absolutely incredible with your help in reservations as well as your flexibility and ability to change reservations at a moment's notice when John became ill. Susan and John have spoken of you frequently upon their return and always are very complimentary of your customer service skills and attitude. This trip would have been much more difficult if it had not been for your help. I cannot thank you enough. I hope all is going well with you. John is seeing medical specialists here in the states to determine the cause of his extreme pain. He had a number of tests today and hopes to see his specialists later this week. We will most certainly be in touch with you again as we make arrangements for future trips to China. John was in China partially for pleasure and partially for business -- we are in the process of developing a joint venture in the Yichang area. Feedback Form 1. Overall, did you enjoy your trip? Extremely well planned and well executed. 2. Your tour: Were the arrangements satisfactory? - Extremely satisfactory. Was it what you expected, and if not, how did it differ from your expectations? - The hotels services and accommodation space and location was better then expected. In hindsight, is there anything you wish you had known in advance? - None. Any unpleasant surprises ? - None. Were any problems resolved quickly and easily? - Yes. Extremely quickly and on the spot. What was the best thing about your tour? - Its planning, execution and rich knowledge, presentation and handling of our excellent tour guides. Is there anything else that we should have done, before or during your tour? - I am highly satisfied. One extra think to extend your already good service is to ask if the tourists have any dietary restrictions. Also to recommend that they carry toilet papers with them just in case if some toilets do not have toilet papers readily available. 3. Would you like to visit China again (or if you live here, would you like to do more traveling in China)? - YES. We plan to visit China again in 5 years. If yes, can you tell us why? We would like to see it becoming a Business giant and would love to travel in a commercial aircraft manufactured in China. I did not have enough time to explore the places that I visited. I want to visit more places in China, eg: Guilin, Xi'an and live in a village undisturbed with tourists for a few days. 4.
