Dear Aileen, I know this is a little belated, but I wanted to let you know that the 3 Gorges Trip you set up for my group in mid-December went very smoothly. All of the guides assigned to escort us were waiting for us when we arrived at each destination and were very friendly and enthusiastic about describing the area to us, as well as answering any questions we had. Also, the staff on the boat were also very friendly and helpful. We thought the trip was very interesting, and are very glad we went. Hello Cheryl, We had a great cruise -- beautiful ship and trip. We also enjoyed Xian -- thanks for telling us to stay an extra day. Bejiing was terrific too, so big and busy. Dear Aileen, Just wanted to tell you how pleased I was with all the arrangements you made for me (and my husband) in Shanghai. We returned home yesterday. My tour guide (Mira) was lovely, informative, and great to talk to. I was able to learn about life in Shanghai from a personal point of view--something I would have never been able to do as part of a large group. Our stay in the JC Mandarin Hotel was delightful. The hotel staff was extremely gracious and made us feel very welcome. All in all, our week in Shanghai was very exciting and interesting. Thanks for all your help. Rae Drazin

Dear Sir, I would like to offer comments on the recent tour of China by my wife and myself. 1.I cannot complement enough the efforts of your representative Aileen Song who prepared the itineraty and arranged the seamless operation of the various people who together made our holiday such a memorable occasion. Dear Aileen, you are a wonderful person and we both thank you for a truly outstanding holiday. 2.The arrangement was excellent. The side tours were most interesting and showed a good knowledge not only of what was available but also of what would be of interest to us as well. 3.The hotels chosen were excellent. The accommodation was well chosen. All hotels were clean, service was good and meals were extremely good. We would stay at all of the hotels again, given the choice. 4.The guides were well versed in the history of the local district. They were all very caring (remember we are over 60 years old both), were patient and asked for our input rather than taking us to places we would not enjoy. We were impressed by their knowledge and as a student of Asian Economic History I particularly appreciated their frank comments. A special word of thanks to our driver in Wuhan, Mr Wu. 5.Meals were a problem as my wife has an ulcer and cannot eat spicy foods. Our guides were helpful in supervising the meals at our many stops. 6.With eyes wide open we could not see enough. In such a limited time we were privileged to see so many things that they all seemed to blend together. The bells in Wuhan were spectacular, the boat trip up the Yangtze was of course the highlight of the trip and is beyond description, the stopovers along the way including the trip up the estuary with the boatmen was something we will never forget, the rock carvings at Chongqing were awe inspiring. The airlines were wonderful and better than our international connections. 7.Would we be willing to recommend your service? Absolutely!! Thank you for giving such a wonderful experience. We will remember this holiday for the rest of our lives. 8.Our general opinion? We have had many holidays - some through organized tours and some organized by ourselves. You have done a wonderful job and should be very proud of your achievements. You have given us a holiday which we will always remember. We would be pleased to offer our comments to potential tourists. Allow me a couple of days to scan a few photos of the highlights of our holiday. Again, we would be pleased to act as a reference for potential tourists. Our own experience has been due in a large part to your skilful planning and we cannot express enough our appreciation of you input to the success of our recent holiday in China. Dear Miss Gong, I herewith want to thank you with the tour you have arranged for me. I am very impressed by the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven and the Lama Temple. As I mentioned to you, I am very interested in Buddhism in China. The Lama Temple with largest wooden Buddha has given me a very good feeling and I think I will visit the Lama Temple tomorrow again before leaving for Xi'an. I mentioned to someone that I think Europe and America have to learn more about Buddhism since they do not know anymore what Peace of Mind means. Tomorrow I will leave by train to Xi'an. Could you arrange for me that I can also make a tour to the Terracotta Army? Once again, thank you for your service to make this tour. I also want to thank Leo who waited for two hours on the Beijing Airport because my flight from Helsinki was delayed for two hours. Best regards

The guides that meet us at Wuhan, Yichang and Chongqing were very helpful and made us very welcome, especially Joanne in Chongqing who showed us around the city before we went to the airport to return to Guangzhou. Clare, Just a note to say thank you, to you, and all your tour guides when we visited Shanghai, Xian and Beijing. I must say that each tour guide and driver did there best to make us feel welcome and looked after our every need. The tour was a trip to remember even with the sars problem we still managed to see all the highlights we wanted. I would recommend your company to anyone wishing to utilize your services and would also use you again when traveling in China again. We will in the future travel to your country on vacation.
