Dear Aileen, Thanks for your email. The arrangements for the train journey back to Shanghai worked out fine and we arrived in good time to transfer to the airport for the flight home. The cabin was comfortable and we appreciated having it to ourselves so thank you for sorting it out at such short notice. As you see we are safely home now - no illness or symptoms of sars, just the jet-lag to recover from. It sounds as though things have become even more complicated in China for tourists but at least the government's measures should help to control the virus and I hope you will be able to return to normal working as soon as possible. Certainly we have no regrets about our trip and I don?ˉt really think you could have foreseen the way in which things developed. We have many wonderful memories of our time in China - alll the beautiful places we visited and the people we met. We were so pleased to meet you in Guilin and thanks again for the good luck gifts. We haven't completed the services evaluation form so perhaps you will accept these comments instead. We were impressed by all the tour guides and especially their commitment to meeting our needs and providing a good service. All of them were friendly, easy to get on with and well-informed. They all spoke good English which was just as well given our lamentable attempts to learn a few words of Chinese! Finally we would like to thank you personally again for all your help in making this the best trip of our lives so far. I hope we will be able to return to China in the future and maybe spend more time exploring some of the places which we were only able to glimpse in 3 short weeks. Dear Angela, Just a short note to thank you for putting together such a wonderful trip. We all loved our week in China and the arrangements were absolutely perfect. Aileen Song did a great job of taking care of any request that we had. She did a good job of putting our trip together on short notice. Arrangement: The travel arrangements were all well thought out and the drivers and guides were always very punctual, courteous and helpful with anything we might need. The cars and vans were clean and smoke free. We always felt safe and felt if we had a problem that they would help us take of it. Employee: Edison was our guide during our stay in Shanghai and he did a wonderful job. He spoke excellent English and was very knowledgable about the city and the tours. He took excellent care of us and was there to help us with any need we had. He was very professional and a lot of fun. Angela, I just wanted to thank you personally for the time you spent in organising our trip. We had a wonderful time, nothing went wrong, and the three guides and drivers were all knowledgeable, helpful, and patient (especially necessary with our son Peter!). Dear Nancy, Thank you for the letter - AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE WHOLE TOUR ARRANGEMENTS! The tour was excellent. We came home yesterday evening, as we stayed for one week in Shanghai.We really enjoyed the tour. It was very good. But as you asked for feedback?- The cruise: the ferry was very good for our needs. The cabin was clean, we could enjoy the scenery through the window, and the toilet/shower was also good. In fact, the ferry was a lot better than what I expected. People were very friendly and tried to help us if we had any questions, and we did find some ones who spoke some English. Well, the train from Wuhan to Guilin was very good, and we enjoyed it a lot. Guilin was very beautiful, and the half day tour was very interesting. The Li river cruise was very beautiful and interesting. We took very many pictures on that cruise. And when we arrived in Yangshuo we were pleased to stay in this new hotel. Everybody were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. In fact, it was a very pleasant stay in Yangshuo. About the land excursions during the Yangtse river cruise - we had to pay for them - they were not included, or at least we were charged for them. The side trip to the Lesser Three Gorges was also very very good. In total, the trip was excellent! Very well planned, and everything worked OK. I'm already thinking of a new trip to China, and when my plans take form, I'd like you to tailor us the tour! Best regards & very many thanks, Risto & the others

Dear Victor, I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the prompt and efficient service that was provided by Alice. On short notice, she sorted thru a number of problems and really put together a great package. It is not often that you get such service anywhere and it was a real treat for me, not being a Mandarin speaker, to have Alice's help in completely organizing things for my Mother and Aunt's visit so promptly and so well. Hi Angela, We had a wonderful trip to China--everything worked like clock work. It was a pleasure doing business with your agency. All arrangements were executed flawlessly. We were very satisfied with the flights, hotels, tour guides and the drivers. We were able to visit the monuments and liked the factory visits--it was extremely reassuring to know that all products we purchased at the factories were guaranteed and authentic. Your tour guides and drivers were extremely courteous, professional and accommodating ensuring we had the best trip possible. We felt at home although we were in a country where we did not speak the language. We highly recommend your agency and the tours to anyone visiting China. The Tang Dynasty show was extremely colorful and entertaining. We felt we got the most out of our trip due to your recommendations for the short time we spent in each city.

Hi Victor, All of the arrangements made by your company were first class. We were met at every airport by polite, knowledgeable, English speaking guides who escorted us by car to our hotel and made sure that were happily settled. The overland sections were traveled in comfortable cars, usually with an English speaking guide who pointed out interesting landmarks and explained local customs. Your guides offered us many extra excursions at each of our stopovers. These were most welcome and we were very grateful for their local knowledge and expertise. I am sure that our tremendous enjoyment of our one month holiday in China (mainly Yunnan) is mainly due to the terrific work of CITS Guilin, Angela Gong, all of the guides and drivers. Hello, Victor We finally finished the trip to Guilin and back to Panyu safe and sound (although the return flight delayed to mid-night). My boyfriend and his parents want me to say a big thanks to you. We really appreciate what you and your colleagues did for us during the whole trip. Guilin has changed a lot compared with what I saw in 1989, the city is modern, clean and also beautiful in the evening. We took a lot of pictures, last night my boyfriend show all the pictures through a LCD projector for us, his 87 year-old mother was so excited and decided to make a presentation to her English course after back to Hamburg, now I need to add some indications for the picture so that she can remember for all the places!! I didn't meet my friend Sophia Ouyang, she intended to invited us for dinner but we could not make it, because the old couple was so tired in the daytime and prefer to stay quietly in the evening, and since the main purpose for this trip is to make them happy. My friend and I decided to arrange another separate visit for our own next time. So, I may need you help again soon!
