Michael has gone above and beyond what we ever thought we were going to get in regards to service and has even called the hotel (which we booked before we had found your website) to help arrange special gifts to be in the room for when my boyfriend arrives before me.

We have received prompt, helpful service from Michael so far. He's done his best to accommodate our requests while advising us about the realities of travel in China - ie the difficulty of getting train tickets from Beijing to Datong if the train does not originate in Beijing.

I can't speak highly enough of Leo ( Liu guan kui) who was really fantastic. I have travelled extensively and done many tours such as the one we did but Leo stands out as the best tour guide I've experienced.

Both the Great wall (we had beautiful weather here) and the Warriors were outstanding. We enjoyed all our guides. We had fun with Kathy in Beijing, who we got to know best as we spent the most time with her.

The tours that were arranged covered all that we needed to see. It is good to check everything 24 hrs before as the timings of trains and planes keep changing.

Nora has been very helpful with all my enquiries. Her suggestions and prompt progress of our requests has made it very easy to make arrangements for our forthcoming visit to China.
