I want to note that the visit to Guilin and Hangshou was very enjoyable! This is a wonderful area where you live. Ms. Tracy Duan Long was a wonderful guide. She has a very pleasant personality, is very knowledgeable of every site, and was very helpful in giving us good suggestions on extra activities - we really enjoyed the night boat trip on the lakes in Guilin and the night light show on the river in Hangshou.
We all had a brilliant time in Sanya, Beijing and Xian. So many great things to see and do and all your arrangements went so well which added so much to the enjoyment of our holiday.
I would like to take this oportunity in praising Lussie for her service. So far, the dealings, call back's etc. have been oustanding from her. I would like you to give her the praise she deserves.
The local travel arrangements where excellent and the commute vehicle was well suited for my family. Providing personal care and attention is really appreciated.
