Just wanted to let you know our tour yesterday to the great wall with Jack was very enjoyable. He was knowledgeable and did a good job. Also, the restaurant you chose was very nice - good choice!
The freedom associated with my booking allowed us to do the things we wanted to do as well. Including a lot of walking to see, explore and soak in the local atmosphere of Chinese peoples everyday lives.
We enjoyed our tour very much. All our guides were knowledgeable and helpful. We did a couple of things outside the tour on the advice of the guides(eg. Traditional minority group show – which was fantastic and the Kung Fu show also).
Leo was always willing to work with each of our needs, which is exactly what we wanted. He had great knowledge of all the sites we visited and was able to answer any questions that we had while visiting the sties. He was very personable and made sure everyone in the group was satisfied from the beginning of the tour until the end.

Ruby responded to every one of my questions in a timely manner even up to the time I boarded the plane and while we were in China. She is a huge asset to Chinahighlights and I would recommend this travel company and Ms. Zhao to anyone that asks.
Eddie was helpful enough to give us information on where to find bird's nest soup close to our residence. He even called the restaurant and wrote the menu down in Mandarin and English, so we would be able to order from home.
Just to let you know that we have been extremely satisfied with one of your employees Ms. Coco Yang. She has supported in any possible way, when we had trouble paying for the tour - and with the rest of our requests and questions.
