We were glad that we had the chance to try different local cuisine. The arrangement of a budget was good since we could order what we like and just pay the difference when we went over budget. Though we were rained on, the Li River cruise and the hike up to Longji were very special. Seeing the West Lake in a slight rain was nice. The ride back to Shanghai was long. Xian is always interesting. We especially enjoy the walk around the muslim quarters that we took in the evenings. The Great Wall is awe inspiring.

We had a really wonderful, wonderful time in Beijing. We enjoyed our hiking & climbingin the Great Wallwith Leo and David. It's an experience that my daughter and I will always remember.It was very physically chanllenging and demanding for my daughter, but we made it. In fact, everyday I wish I could have hiked more, as Leo would know.

Also, thank you for your fantastic organization of our recent China holiday. Everything went according to plan and your guides and drivers were very good. It was fantastic to have the guide at the train station platform to guide us out of the station.

We were really impressed with all the meals your guides took us for, they were all better than anything we managed for ourselves and in our view represented all that was best with Chinese cooking.The meals made us go WOW, they were of a very fine standard, we would have been willing to have dinner with the guides included and would have been happy to pay the extra with their local knowledge of good eating, as I said earlier the standard of restaurants your guides took us too was far better than anything we managed for ourselves, they were our WOW factor.

We loved and appreciated everything we saw.Of course, the Great Wall and the Terra Cotta Warriors were a real highlight! Joe in Beijing and Olivia in Xi'an were both EXCEPTIONAL!!! They both were VERY pleasant people who were very knowledgeable and attentive to all our needs. They really worked hard to make our experience memorable and went the extra mile to make sure that we were comfortable and that all our needs and expectations were met.

I would suggest pre-arranging transportation to and from the ship - we did not and it was a bit tricky.Your office did help us get there when I called on my mobile and your employee talked to the taxi driver.

You allowed us more flexibility than did the other tour agencies we contacted. Specifically, you arranged for us to be driven to Guilin, instead of returning to Guiyang, and flying to Guilin. This was more cost-and time-effective for us, and allowed us to see more of the beautiful countryside.
