It’s the first time we’ve been to China and we’ve really enjoyed the service. My favorite part was the bike ride on Xi’an City Wall. And my favorite part was the Terracotta Army in Xi’an and the Great Wall of China in Beijing. They also have really lovely tour guides and we really enjoyed our trip. So thank you.

We loved the part of Yichang we saw. The hotel is a standard western-style hotel with a Chinese accent on décor in the public areas and a mix of Chinese and Western food at all meal times. Food and service were good. The rooms were like any international hotel, comfortable but not inspiring. It was nice, however, to have a soft bed in China!

Activities were great fun. The staff concerts were wonderful, almost professional in design and execution. It was great to see what otherwise would have been hidden talent f the young people who served us. We also had fun in the Putongwha lesson, although I don’t think any of us could really hear or reproduce a correct tone!

Nancy, our tour guide in Dali, was the best. She understood what we were interested in and took us to some wonderful places that were not on our itinerary. She was also very sensitive to whether our children were tired, hungry, etc, and modified the schedule accordingly. Our experience in Dali was really unforgettable because of her.

Thank you for showing me and my parents around your office on Friday, and for the gifts. I have had a great time on your trip with my parents so far and learned a lot from being able to see inside of China Highlights. You seem to have a great company with very capable employees. I will be studying in Beijing until January and then am looking to do an in-country internship afterwards, so will be in China for a while if you ever would like to contact me for anything. I wish you the best and thanks again for helping make our visit to your company and my parents' vacation a very good one!

Penny was really outstanding. Her English and her historical knowledge made interesting trips and she had a bubbling and outgoing personality. She also showed a great interest in me and seemed to understand a lot about the differences between European and Chinese lifestyle. Adrian was also excellent and was particularly helpful at getting me medication from the pharmacy since I was quite unwell while in Beijing. The drivers provide a safe, comfortable experience.

We had several generations in our family group--and there was something of interest to all of us--from the young teens to the grandparents--happening every day. We (the grandparents) had been to China a couple times before and were interested in the changes to China over the years. This was our grandchildren's first trip to Asia, and it was a great learning experience for them.

Our tour guide BERNIE in Shanghai is the best. He was knowledgable and gave us some space in the attractions.He went out of the way to get us vegetarian food - salads and smoothies.I also liked Kelden in Shangra-la. He was also very knowledgable and accommodating to our changed itinerary, he also gave us space to walk alone.

William Huo is the one who helped me. I'm writing this e-mail because it is mine and my family's first time in China and I couldn't be more happy, because we are really excited for this family trip and we were very well attended by William.I had a lot of doubts and wanted to change a lot of things untill I found the perfect itinerary and William here was always very responsive and helpful.

I just wanted to let you know that William is being a perfect contact for our trip to China, above all very reactive and profesional.By the way, congratulations to the supervisor's team as a boat doesn't go very far without a good captain.
