When we made our tour on Chinahighlights, services have been impeccable. They got on time. They met us at airport; they met us at dock when to Macau, the Island. And the guides speak very understandable English as the American here. I will certainly recommend China Highlights. Tour in China might be considering. From the beginning, when we contacted China Highlights, they were professional, and prompt. And even when we were concerned about our payment, they were absolutely reliable, trustfully. We have been very very happy with the tour so far, with the food, with the guide. We will recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time. I would say the same thing that Cindy certainly helped us make the trip what we wanted, and was able to tell us the trip on the way that make it convenient and exciting for us to come; a way that just the package went as everybody does. We were very pleased. I would say the same things that are most of people attracted. For example, this morning we went onto a fishing boat that was in a village where the people actually live on a boat. They totally sell fish. They raise own vegetable on the bank. They catch the fish. That’s the attraction on the little island on the river. That is the kind of experience you wouldn’t get from a standard package tours. So we say good work and thank you, thank you very much.

Java, our tour guide in Chengdu, did all kinds of extras. She went with us to our hotel room to make sure everything was satisfactory. She gave up most of her evenings to take us places she recommended that we wanted to see, she got us unique foods/teas in the Sichuan province to try, she was always offering us snacks she had in her bag, she made sure we didn’t have any issues with an ATM, etc. She literally did WOW us with her generosity, kindness, and overall level of service. A++++

Interacting with the pandas and helping the panda keepers care for the pandas was the highlight of this trip. Watching the baby pandas attempt to crawl and feeling the warmth of a young panda's paw is really "WOW"!

We were very satisfied with your tour service and the tour guide Vicky (she was very considerate of my safety being that I am 80 yearsold; we felt like grandmother and granddaughter and our driver, Mr. Han, was an excellent driver.

We were very happy with all of our food and dining selections. Both the ones you had preselected for our lunches and the ones we chose for dinner - some with the guides assistance. Certainly, some were better than others but overall the quality and service were more than acceptable and I speak as a restaurant manager and owner for 35 years in the US including managing a large Polynesian/Chinese restaurant with 17 Chinese cooks.

Ruby Zhao has been very prompt in replying and she made my itinerary exactly the way I wanted. I am very impressed by her skills in doing this. She is an excellent travel planner.

Hotels were fine. We enjoyed the one in Yangshuo, not so much because it provided better services than the others, but because it was not high rise and gave us a view of life in the street in front from our window.

The Sunworld Hotel was very well situated. Walking around cenre of Beijing at night was great. Beijing very friendly and appeared to be safe city.We would go back, our expectations were exceeded
