I want to know that we enjoyed our China tour very much!attractions, each member of our family had a different favorite experience, but here they are - the terracotta warriors, the hutong tour, the acrobat show, the food, the cooking class. And we really enjoyed the kung fu class and cooking class - try-it-yourself activities are especially great when travelling with children. We are definetatly glad to recommend your service to our friends and colleagues.

We really enjoyed the trip and thanks again for rescheduling the trip so many times.

Summer Palace was the most memorable attraction I visited,  and I very much enjoyed the acrobatic show.

The tour guide Cathy in Beijing was terrific.  We learned so much from her. She did a very good job in difficult traffic. She was always ready to go.  Car was always cool / air conditione, very important in summer

Wangfuding Hotel was excellent.I would strongly recommend it.  Also, I enjoyed the Peking duck dinner, although I don't know the name of the restaurant.

I bought many items at the Cloisinne factory. The jade shop was also very good.   The pearl shop near the Summer Palace was not good however.  The tea shop was very good.The Cloisinne factory was also something I will never forget.

It is 'WOW'. China Highlights can customize where we wanted to go, how long we stayed at a site, and what we wanted to see was very good.I would you recommend our company to my friends or colleagues.Your company was terrific.

Huang Shan was the most memorable attraction I visited.

Jessica was the most most outstanding tour guide She was very kind and fun and gave my alot of good informations. She has a high level of service.  I did not feel unsafe at any time.

 The hotel in Suzsho was very very good. The breakfast was very good! The hotel in Tuxin was also very nice but the breakfast was not fresh.
At both the hotel in Suzsho and Tuxin were the service exelent.The hotel at the Yellow mountain was okay but next time will I prefere an other hotel or standard.

I realy liked the teater show in Tuxin! And I think you should recommend it to others.

I will  certainly recommend your company to my friends or colleagues. And if i come back will I certainly book my trip by you. China is a very difficult country to travel in without a travel agency especially in the high season...there is no good hotels, there is no train tickets, noone speak english or seems to want to help. Taxis do not want to take my with them...all in all is it very difficult to be a turist in China. Alway have the adress in Chinese if you are going by taxi.

In general could it be very nice if the company were working with environmental and social issues. Like try to have the moste eco-friendly cars, use eco-friendly hotels and etc. I am working for Deloitte with advising companies on environmental and social work and planning. You are always welcome to contact me for advice.

Emma made our holiday get off to a great start. She was lively and engaging and was more than willing to help us get what we wanted out of our holiday. On a personal note, I would also like to thank you for all you have done in making the arrangements for the two weeks we were away. Everything worked extremely well and I believe the level of service you provided during this process was second to none so thank you for making things so easy for us.

We were delighted with our trip and believe we got excellent value. Our guide was excellent--very flexible and willing to make changes to make sure we were satisfied. We would definitely recommend your company to others and will use you again when we make our next trip to China.

Ik ben benaderd door Delia Xie van China Highlights omdat wij via haar een deel van onze China reis hebben laten verzorgen en ik begrijp dat u niemand kent die ervaring heeft met deze company. Ik kan u zeggen dat ik zeer tevreden ben met de profesionaliteit waarmee je als klant geholpen wordt via de mail en ook zeker de uitvoering van de onderdelen die Delia heeft geregeld was uitstekend. Ik had zelf al een reisplan opgesteld en al transport en hotels geboekt maar ik wilde met het oog op het taalprobleem toch iets meer vooraf vastleggen dus heeft Delia in de verschillende plaatsen een gids en mini busje met chauffeur geregeld. Ik wist zelf al wat ik in welke plaats wilde bezoeken dus die wensen zijn in een programma opgenomen maar indien u nog niet weet wat u wilt zien en doen is Delia een uitstekende persoon om u daarover te informeren. Overigens als ik het over mocht doen zou ik ook via Delia de hotels en vluchten/trein/bussen regelen want dan zit alles in één pakket en kunnen zij een scherpere prijs maken. De gids haalde ons op van de luchthaven of busstation en bracht ons ook weer terug. Zij helpen je met inchecken voor transport en ook in de hotels. Tijdens excursies weten zij voldoende te vertellen over de sites en ook achtergrondinformatie wordt gegeven. Zij helpen je met het bestellen van je lunch als je de kaart niet kunt lezen en de restaurants die in het programma worden opgenomen zijn prima. Allemaal plezierige zaken. Ik reisde met mijn man en 2 teenagers. Wij hadden een prive tour. Dat is wel duurder maar wij vonden het zeer plezierig. China Highlights is een betrouwbare organisatie en de betaling vooraf via Paypal is een beveiligde constructie. Wij hebben Delia in Guilin persoonlijk in het kantoor ontmoet. De onderstaande foto laat ons met haar zien op het terras achter het kantoor. Ik wens u een mooie reis door China.
