Thanks for your e-mail and all the help you provided to both us and our family.Our trip to Beijing was wonderful and China Highlights made it even better for us.

For me, Lama Temple was the best attraction druting the tour.  For my wife, it was the Great Wall.

It sounds funny, but I was impressed that all scooters (i.e. small motorcycles) were electric powered.  This helped make walking in the city a lot more quiet and less pollution.  For my wife, she was definitely impressed by the night market and all of the variety of foods, with some quite strange.In Beijing, we tried the Opera, Acrobatic Show, and Kung Fu show.  All were very nice. The acrobatic show was the most amazing for us and especially for our daughters.

Beijing was better than we had imagined.Our guide Cathy, she was so wonderful and so good to us.  She treated us like family. Absolutely!! i will recommend Chinahighlights to my family and friends.

This was our first time in China. Without China Highlights guidance, we would have been lost trying to make our own arrangements to visit the various sites. Indeed, we probably would not have known what sites to visit! Ans, as helpful, was the assistance on the train reservations between cities; we would not have known how to understand the Rail System in China!

The most memorable attraction I visited are Great Wall and Terracotta  Warriors

Our tour guide Cathy. Very energetic, very responsive, and a pleasure to be with.Both guides provided great recommendations and went above expectations to serve us.  Both 'held our hands' at the train stations, assisted with luggage, and got us settled in our train cabins.  Christina very knowledgable about the historical aspects of Xian - knowledge was much appreciated by my companion who enjoys history.  Both guides worked to tailor the itinerary (in our best interest) based on the heat and our energy levels due to travel.  Guides worked well together to communicate return train information to Beijing to ensure that our new guide was waiting for us as soon as we stepped off the train.  Cathy coordinated to ensure that this occurred.

The drivers provider a safe, comfortable experience.  Felt safe and we were very well taken care of.  Pong had a great personality and sense of humor.  We tried to teach him a few words of English on our tour.  We were quite happy that he greeted us again when we returned to Beijing from the train station.

We were impressed by the VIP treatment received from the guides and drivers.  Door to door service for attractions, restaurants, and plans in the evening, which were not included on the itinerary.  Tours / attractions were just the two of us and a guide - very personal and VIP treatment. In addition, very impressed that Coco called our tour guides to personally speak with us to ensure that we were enjoying our tours and that hotels were up to our expectation.

We enjoyed Xian Skytel Hotel.  Location was great in both cities.  In Beijing, the Days Inn was a nice short walk to the Forbidden City.  Loved taking a leisurely stroll at night to check out the lights and to people watch around the Forbidden City.  Food was great in both cities.  Both guides provided excellent recommendations regarding restaurants and choices.  Christina provided very local suggestions, which I appreciated after being in China for the prior 3 weeks.  Loved all the food!    Beside, we did a lot of shopping.  Ask the guide for assistance to negotiate and to provide the best location for obtaining specific items.  Cloisonne factory and tour was our favorite.  Enjoyed the acrobatic show in Beijing.

We highly recommend your company to our friends for service, value, dependability, and flexibility.

The whole trip was memorable.The forbidden city really made me go “WOW!The most impressed thing during my apare time is the street markets where the stands offered all sorts of food. I had never seen something like that before.

My tour guide in Beijing made suggestions on places we could visit during our free time. They were splendid suggestions.

Java in Chengdu is our best tour guide we have, not only her English speaking was good, but she was very interesting. Nobody fell asleep during her information session. Kathy from Bejing gave us the wow factor, very accomodating and help us get good deals and provide very good service.China Highlight is recommendable to businessman like myself, who do not wish to follow a tour group and create my own tour of places I want to see and go. Also with my father being handicap, he enjoyed the tour very much and he was happy for our family got great value out of the tour.

Just wanted you to know I have been working with Michael on a side trip we are trying to put together. So far he has been fantastic and I am hopeful we can work out all the details.
