I would like to commend Mr. Michael Hu for the exceptional customer service that he provided in planning our travels to China. While we have yet to travel on our tour (scheduled for 9/3-21), Michael was very helpful to us in the planning phases. We both particularly enjoyed the visit to the Shanghai World Financial Center, the view from the Center made us go wow .We also enjoyed getting a foot massage in the back streets behind the hotel, although a little knowledge of Chinese was very useful there.By the way a visit to the Bund was recommended and we decided to do that.We would definitely recommend your company to family and friends as we really enjoyed ourselves.
I wish to compliment our travel adviser, Simon Huang, for his help in planning our trip to China in September. He has been very patient with our questions and plan changes and with his help, I feel we will have a wonderful experience in your country. the Crowne Plaza in Yantai is definitely a five star hotel, and we would recommend the accommodations and food service to anyone,the Beijing hotel was very centrally located, food was excellent, service and staff were outstanding, and the room was very quiet.The guide in Beijing (English name was Cathy) was excellent throughout. She was filled with information, shared that information at all times we were together, was always on time, and was just top rate. Similarly, the driver in Beijing was an outstanding driver, always on time, and regularly had the car cooled or at least “aired out” from the heat
We were very well looked after by Jenny. Please say hello and a big thank you to her and to the driver on my behalf.

We were very content with our last guide in Shanghai, except for the fact, that we had to go through the expo on our own. But otherwise he was very knowledgeable, understood our wishes (for bookstores and museums) and special conditions, and was quite experienced as a guide and still personal. We would choose him again.
