We really enjoyed obtaining insights about everyday Chinese life, and culture. We booked our trip to see traditional historic sights (Forbidden City, Terracotta Warriors, etc.), but are also very interested in China's present and future. We really appreciated when guides recommended local restaurants, neighbourhoods, arts and culture.
Great Wall of China, The Terracota Warrios, The Goby Desert, Yangtze River Cruise and Family homes visit were the most memorable attractions in our itinerary. We're pretty much very pleased with all the tour guides. The driver also did a good job by providing a safe and comfortable experience. The Regents Hotel in Beijing was the best. Sofitel in Xian and Ramada in Shanghai impressed me as well. Mobile phone was useful.

Our trip advisor, Ms. Carol Wang, did wonderful job and we had great trip. Ms. Wang is smart and diligent and very easy to communicate with. This is our second China trip with her arrangement. A huge thank you to all at China Highlights for making our holiday run so smoothly. All the guides and drivers were brilliant. Particular thanks to Karen Yang for sorting out the late adjustments to our itinerary when the Tibet permit situation changed. The phone gave us a constant sense of security even though we only used it twice for minor issues.
The Guilin night tour thru the 4 lakes should be a must. We contract it with your guide and for us it was a Wow experience. We enjoyed every day we were in China and with its people, and we are sure that we will be back in a pair of years to continue enjoying the 'Chinese experience'!!

Our trip over all was smooth and we are glad we chose China Highlights as our tour operator. While on the tour we met other groups from other tour operators but on knowing our trip personalised arranged plan, they all agreed that ours was the best way to go. I will definately not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family and let me tell you there are two groups who are interested in taking the China trip next year and will contact you later on this.
The Bifengxia Panda Base and Stone statues at Chongqing are definitely the highlights of our China tour. Phoebe at Chengdu was attentive and knowledgeable and informative, would also like to mention Bruce Lee and Yolanela At Hangzhou, overall all the guides knew there there subjects well.
I just want to let you know that I had a good summer China tour, thank you very much for arranging it. I have some more friends and possibly family coming to China in the New Year and I am happy to recommend you. As soon as I have some more information regarding this I will let you know.
