Be open to learn a new way of living. Smile when they smile at you. Be patient when someone does not understand you, they are really trying. So not get upset when they ask you if you can take a picture with them, it′s a lot of fun and you might get famous. :) China is a wonderful country and it's people are helpful and nice. I would totally recommend this country for a big trip.

I think you are an excellent travel advisor. Your suggestions to upgrade and also to stay in the heart of the city in Beijing at the start of the tour and in Shanghai at the end of the tour were excellent. Being collected from the airport and driven there at the end of the trip also was great, it meant we were much more relaxed than if we had to organise it ourselves.

Nancy Deng was our contact person. Nancy was extremely informative, professional, and polite in helping us arrange our four day stay.Due to her knowledge we were able to arrange the exact tour that we wanted!

I just wanted to say that Caroline and I had a GREAT time on our trip to China! You were always extremely responsive and helpful, and our guides (Jacky in Beijing, Jessie in Xi'an, and Lili in Guilin) were all excellent. Lili was our favorite guide and we really enjoyed our time with her

We especially enjoyed Beijing and the hike on the Jinshanling Great Wall. I have given the Guide 'Jack' a score of 5 out 5 on the feedback form, he was excellent and a really nice guy too. It was very kind of you to arrange the Hutong tour at short notice and it was especially kind of you to arrange an organised tour as a 'welcome gift'.

Shanghai is a great city and the tours that China Highlights lined up for us were great. The personalized service is amazing! We loved having Helen with us always and a private van for the tours. Water was always provided to us and we were well fed at lunch!

Thanks for your mail, the tour was good. However we have to commend Sophie for her initive as she came with the idea to take us to tea room and also to a brige to take some pictures of the olympic stadium. Thank you for re arranging our tour on such short notice.

The Dragon Mountain in Lijiang and Three Gorges would be my faviorate parts. The food and ship facilities were very good and the staff were excellent.
