The best 'WOW' we can offer is for the China Highlights customized program itself. This was perfect for us. We worked with Grace Wang to create an itinerary that included the attractions and locations we wanted, but we were delighted to discover that there was some flexibility in the schedule even as each day arrived. The guides seemed to be thinking about our comfort and enjoyment all the time. A couple of our guides changed the schedule for the day because they felt that traffic or the type of attraction would be better for us at another time of day. We really appreciated the fact that we felt that they were trying to maximize our time and enjoyment.

I would like to thank you for your job. say that it was our second trip with China Highlights, and this time was very mermorable for us as well! The Boat trip in Zhouzhuang water town and the trip with the Maglev in Shanghai was the most memorable. All guides and drivers were very good and very helpful, and all hotels were good, we enjoyed many dishes new to us. The Pan Pacific in Souzhou was the best hotel I have ever experienced.The food in restaurants were excellent, could not be better.

The most commendable person and the best person of China Highlight is DELIA XIE. You are wonderful person for bearing our emails after emails changing our program for 20 times or more, but you had smilingly (may be sometime feeling angry insideJ) accepted our changes. This is your credit and I salute to you. My entire Group people were praising you and Me too for having the best time of their life in China.

Talking about the tour, there were so many memorable attraction(s) on the itinerary, but for me walking in the rice terraces was the best. Some free time is an essential part of a tour. Our second walk alone to the old Zhai village from Ping’an was good.

We are very very grateful to Grace for everything she did. Also I would like to congratulate our guide, Gary, who was outstanding. He was polite, helpful, considerate and very attentive. He actually made our holiday perfect.

We really enjoyed our tour. All the places on the itinerary worked out very well and the guides were excellent. We especially enjoyed the private tour that gave us the opportunity to change things around or choose the times that we desired. We also enjoyed being able to pick items from the menus when we had meals included. That allowed us to try new or regional dishes and we were not forced to eat the same bland and boring food that had been pre-ordered.

I felt that China Highlights really listened to our ideas and arranged an itinerary that met our needs and desires.The tour guides were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. The fruit basket from China Highlights was an extra WOW feature and just what we needed at the end of our trip...THANKS.

My guide and driver in Lhasa were very helpful. The Shambala hotel could be improved. I think there is another hotel in that very interesting area, where I had lunch in their patio, so you might use that one instead. Your assistance was great and I appreciate it. All the best of luck to you.

The Restaurants we went to were clean and served delicious traditional Beijing food.We felt very pampered, to say the least.In my daughter's own words, 'I have never felt so taken care of in all our other travels as I do now'.

I think that the tour to The Great Wall I Muytang is the best.Thank you for a lovely trip in Beijing. We are very pleased with your service.
