This is our first trip to China, and we come over from South Africa, it is a long way to come and China Highlights has made us feel very welcome and we’ve been well looked after. Guilin is a beautiful city and well worth visit.We weren't sure what we would find because we don’t know anybody in South Africa’s been here, but I may say that the organization, all the bookings and the guides have been very easy, we really enjoyed it, it is a very exciting country. I had my reservations about travelling alone as a women in a country where I did not speak the language but as soon as I arrived at the airport in Guilin and was met by my guide (Jing Jing) I instantly was put a ease. Jing Jing was an amazing tour guide. She was friendly, courteous, and always professional.
I would like to thank you for organising our trip down the Yangtze. My family and I had a wonderful memorable trip,
At one point we were at a show and I could not sit in the assigned seats as they were too small. I called Harry, he returned to the theatre, talked to the management and got us moved to a seating area that was perfect. That is SERVICE.
