I wanted to tell both of you how pleased we were with our China tour.Ginger was very energetic and helpful - she was one of the most delightful guides we've ever had. She was informative and worked extra hard to make sure we had a good time. She suggested and organized a box breakfast at our hotel when we had to leave early one morning and she also suggested a duck dinner and made all the arrangements for us. She was very knowlegeable and told us a lot of information about the different places. The driver was a terrific driver, very friendly and helpful.
I wanted to highlight Mr Michael Hu. He has been very responsive and very helpful . We Travel July 14th and are very excited to go to China this time. We travel frequent and Mr Hu has been very nice and helpful.
We must say that your travel arrangements were great and everything went like clock work. All the guides and drivers were great. We enjoyed the entire trip

Throughout the tour, our guides both Rooney (Shanghai) and Choline (Chongqing) are outstanding (including Nangjing's Mr Lee too) - friendly, helpful, knowledge-wise, considerate and accommodating. The drivers are superb, friendly and good driving skill .

I wanted to send you a message to let you know how much my son and I have enjoyed working with Karen Yang. My son is the one who will be traveling to China. He currently is in India on a university study program and will complete his program in about a month. From there, he will be traveling through China on a tour facilitated by China Highlights. Karen has been EXTREMELY helpful with David, assisting him to plan out a visit that corresponds to his particular interests.
The organisation was first class and the guides highly professional and well informed .impressed by Garry our guide in Beijing who went out of this way to be friendly and helpful providing lots of general advice about how to get around Beijing and what to see .
